Small restaurant business. I'm a fan of seafood. I have been to New Orleans, great seafood there at a low price. So I'm kind of spoiled by the price and amount of food you get. Of course I know the price for shipping has to be in consideration being in Kansas City. I'd say a little pricey. But not by that much.First pic out of the bag was impressive. They use a rubber band to keep the lid close.Opening the lid you find a plastic bag. This took up space. So looks can be distracting. There was a fair amount of food. Drowned in butter, medium size diced garlic, your choice of seasoning, there's a few to choose. I chose Cajun of course, being a New Orleans fan.I found it a little too much salt for my taste.I did enjoy my meal. Seafood and BBQ/ finger foods, I love. If it isn't messy a little. You're not doing it correctly. So I enjoyed the fact, "It's messy." They do give you a bib and gloves for those who don't like licking the butter off your fingers.My taste in spice level isn't that of, " My mouth is on fire." But I like to sweat a little. Mild for me, Thank you.I did a walk in order to go. Service was speedy, but they weren't that busy either.I like, off the Country Club Plaza places. So if you're like minded. I would say give them a try. Support local small businesses. And decide for yourself.

Love the all sauce blend. It's great with the muscles and shrimp. This was my first time visiting here, I didn't enjoy the atmosphere too much. Otherwise everything was great.

The staff is really nice. The food is always well made and really well seasoned, but I wish they gave a little more potatoes with each order. Only getting one or two, when other places give like a bed of potatoes, is a little disappointing. But everything is great otherwise.

Food was mediocre, they don’t provide metal utensils which is best used for getting crab out of the shell. The blue crab was terrible, I should have known better since we’re not in Maryland.Snow crab wasn’t sweet, king crab was great though, so I gave 3 stars overall.Table was clean, bathroom was clean.Owner/manager didn’t thank us for coming in. Didn’t ask us how the food was.Kid behind the register wasn’t bad. Worth $150? No, I’ll go elsewhere.

The fish was under cooked, when I showed fish to the manager. he took a bite out of the fish I had and said it was okay to him! Trying my most not to scream! I asked for a refund. He asked why? After picking my words wisely. I responded the food wasn't prepared to my taste. This man tried to charge me for everything he could. 4 dollars for a fountain drink ,no refills. My ticket was 87.00 my refund was 60.00. My family and I ate nothing. He should be happy it was my son birthday and I didn't want to make a scene in the restaurant!

01/6/23 (Saturday)First time visiting and my last. They opened at noon. We arrive at 2pm nobody was there. I ordered the fried shrimp, fish and fries combo. Only the fries were good. The fish/shrimp batter no flavor. I do not recommend this place. Not worth the money.
