The red head barista with a nose ring is so rude to customers. I came in at 645 this morning and there were no pastries out. She seemed upset that it was early, I guess? She had a huge attitude about it like I was an idiot when I asked when pastries would be out. Only reason I come here is because it's the only coffee shop in the area. She was super nice to the two delivery drivers and other co-worker, so I guess it's just paying clients that get that treatment

So I absolutely love this place for the coffee, but yesterday made me rethink that a little. The baristas are sometimes very short with me and have a bit of an attitude. No matter the time of day I go in they always seem annoyed to be working lol.I also found a bug or an insect leg in my coffee yesterday morning. I got to work and looked down at it and I almost threw up. Not sure how it would have made it in there but it was disgusting. I'll be taking a break from this place for a while now, not just because of the bug in my coffee but because of the service as well.2/10 for me.

Poor management. When a store that turns away cash customers illegally because they are unwilling to break $100 on a $32 order for lunch it’s clear the agenda is to only service specific customers.Some people don’t have the Luxary of a debit card in 2024. It’s clear Crows values loosing money over pleasing customers

Ordered a 20oz London fog, but had to pay an extra dollar to add vanilla even though a London fog is supposed to have vanilla in it. Got the drink and it barely even tastes like tea, just warm milk for over $7. Not going again.

Crows coffee on Red Bridge is my go to coffee spot when I want to meet up with friends and chat for a while. The barista’s are always really cool and I’m never disappointed by my cup of coffee.

The floor was extremely dirty and I ordered Matcha Latte. It doesn't come naturally sweetened at all and tastes like raw fish and stinks too. I never had anything quite like that before.
I have been going to this establishment for a few years.They have the most consistent coffee that I can find in this area of KC hands down! I always order a Gibraltar and a Drip.Friendly. Tasty. Great burritos! Top tier coffee in KC.

-The muffin was from the 50% off day-old section and still tasted great!-Coffee recommendations were fabulous, and there were 3 milk alternatives.-Big windows let the light in and kept the space airy even with the windows closed. Ceiling fans were still moving at a slow speed to keep the area from feeling stuffy with the heater going.Dietary restrictions: 3 milk alternatives

No greeting when walked in maybe cause I was the only black people. Very loud, my latte was not good at all and my burrito was burnt. I just wanted a quiet study spot. I live down the street and it was my first time ver disappointed would never visit again.
