Took my staff for our annual dinner and they knocked it out of the park! Taylor our server and Jason the bartender plus all the other staff treated us like family. 5 gold stars!
Excellent pasta dishes.
I may try the chicken next time.

One of the best pork chop plates I have ever tasted. Super moist. Broccollini seasoned with just enough flavor to not be too strong. Au gratin potatoes pressed and formed then covered in cheese which formed a nice crust after baking.

The orecchiette is one of my favorite dishes in Kansas City and it’s always on point every time I order it.

Last night was our first night here. The food was amazing and the service was top 10. Our waitress name was Sarah, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I dropped my fork she immediately said, "don't bother I will get you one." I mean right away and with a smile. This will definitely not be our only

Had a fabulous dinner last night and our server Gio was so kind and attentive! Be sure to try the Clam Linguine or the Carbonara. Yummy!!!! The arancini appetizer was 10/10! I could also eat bowls and bowls of the Caesar salad with anchovies. 🤤🤤🤤

Food is great! Taste is phenomenal! But reality is 25 cents worth of pasta on an order should be included. We ordered burrata which included plenty of bread and cheese. But 24$ for 3 shrimp, 10¢ of spaghetti noodles, and some capers? A few slices of eggplant in a basic red sauce with zero pasta for 18$? It was good but we won't be back. Unfortunate because we appreciate it's woman owned but ridiculous 25 cents worth of pasta decided this for us.

Absolutely the worst "italian" ever. Went for my daughter's birthday, had reservations for 7. We got there the place was empty, should have been the first sign to leave, the staff were all on their phones, and not an italian to be seen. The cast iron the lasagna was served on smelled like dish soap and the lasagna itself tasted like fish. The gluten free was salty and overcooked. The carbonara was undercooked and the sauce was bland. The only thing that was remotely decent was the 6 hour sauce pasta, which was really just a basic speghetti and meatballs in a wheat thickened sauce (grandma would roll in her grave at that cheap attempt at a good sauce). We only saw the staff a few times and the never failed to put an elbow in somones face. To call it the McDonald's of Italian would be an insult to McDonald's. Save your money and eat anywhere else.

We are in town for my husband to have a medical procedure and walked into the restaurant next to the motel we're staying at. We were treated like royalty and had a wonderful meal with deserts to go. We drove 200 miles for this procedure and they treated us like they've known us for years. Highly recommend Ragazza not only for the fabulous food but for the kind family that owns it.

We were there for Happy Hour and tried 2 local beers that we both enjoyed. We loved the eggplant fries with the best parmesan on them, the perfectly cooked steak and mushroom appetizer with argula, the goat cheese appetizer, and the red beet salad (mostly argula with some red beets), and my date got an loose sausage and pasta dish that was also good. We got the cheesecake with chocolate sauce which was good enough but I wouldn't get it again. The service was great. Very knowledgeable about the food and friendly. Lots of good info for travelers

the service was awesome. its aesthetically pleasing inside but its so loud, i understand they cant control that, but im so confused why the reviews are so high for the food, we had the BURRATA for an appetizer, and damn, the bread was so hard we thought we were gonna break our teeth, ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND ARTICHOKE SOUP was good, the Caesar salad was ok, CARBONARA was dry and flavorless with more than aldente pasta, it was hard, EGGPLANT PARMESAN was good but doesn't come with pasta, so i ordered a side of spaghetti w/marinara and the noodles were extremely aldente , and the sauce was just meh.. this place is just not our cup of tea.

Great service and the food is to die for. Lasagna is amazing as is the ahi tuna.
Parking: Parking can be difficult but worth it. The parking lot behind the building is small and tight. Street parking can be plentiful but in demand. the large lot across Main is owned by someone else and sometimes patrolled, so park at your own risk.

I tried contacting the restaurant manager through email directly but I have not heard back.
We had a reservation for 7 PM, but unfortunately, we weren’t seated until almost 8 PM. During that time, we stood in a busy walkway since there was no waiting area, which was quite uncomfortable.
While we were waiting, a staff member took our drink order but then rushed us to pay at the bar before being seated. We requested to split the tab at our table, and while they ultimately covered the drinks, the situation felt a bit chaotic.
Additionally, we encountered a rude customer who made several inappropriate comments to us while we waited. We reported this to a staff member, who said he would inform a manager, but we didn’t see any follow-up or hear from any manager after about this issue.
When our food arrived, my Caesar salad was served with anchovies despite my request for it to be without them. Lastly, the person who packed my leftovers gave me someone else’s leftovers, leaving me without my barely touched order of lasagna.
On a positive note, our server was amazing. She truly brightened our experience and made the night better despite the issues we faced. However, overall, I am very disappointed with how the evening unfolded
