The staff at Cupcakin truly rolled out the red carpet for my daughter's princess tea party—talk about royal treatment! As a mom, it was pure joy to watch my daughter and her friends dress up, get their nails and makeup done, and enjoy crafting and mingling over "tea." The best part? I got to sit back, relax, and soak in the moment while Ms. Erica gracefully managed nearly 10 excited 4-5-year-old girls with ease and enthusiasm.

‼️‼️‼️This place is a SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!‼️‼️‼️ I am so glad my niece still had a fun time! Genevieve chose to do a slime birthday party that includes 10 kiddos making slime, decorating cookies, a "dance party" a pizza, a cupcake, and a cup of apple juice. The slime was a disaster and not a single kid knew what they were doing. She didn't teach any of them how to make slime. She just gave them some ingredients and expected them to know how much of what to mix with each other so it was a mess. Then after washing hands they came back to decorate cookies. They each got about a teaspoon of sprinkles and ONE color of icing. This BAKERY couldn't even provide sugar cookies. They used cheap Walmart butter cookies 🙄. Following the cookies was a "dance party" that consisted of 2 songs on a rug that didn't look like it had been vacuumed in over a year😒 They each had a small pizza sliver and weren't allowed a second piece although the "pizza is included in the cost", then they were given a cupcake that from what my son said "was too disgusting to eat". So sad for a CUPCAKE BAKERY that my 6 year old won't even eat your cupcake. 🤢 And then washing it down with apple juice that every kid said was sour. More than likely outdated. To end it all after Genevieve opened her gifts they did a group photo where the owner was very rude about how the kids sat on the couch. Bad enough that my son wouldn't even smile for the photo because he couldn't have fun in the photo. AND THEN when leaving they ripped off my sister by charging her $100 more than the agreed on total even though the price of the party was discussed OVER TEXT and confirmed before the party even started. These employees were very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. Please don't waste your time or money on this place. They don't deserve anyone's business.

I forgot my cards and they said they haven’t done enough business today to give me change for a $20. Makes me wonder if they can’t keep cash on hand for change and the store was dead if we would have had an old cupcake too.. probably won’t go back to try their product

Decor is old and worn down. Cotton candy machine was broken and my daughter wanted the candy burrito so we got cotton candy from the store upstairs and brought it down for them to make. She flattened it and put the three scoops of ice cream and then mushed it together and gave it back. No other toppings or even in a burrito shape and charged 9$ not including tip.
