Order a Hot Fudge Sunday. Only had a drizzle of hot fudge on it. They need to be retrained on how to make them correctly! 99% ice cream and 1% hot fudge don't cut it! 😔

I had been craving a dipped chocolate cone and I came through the drive thru. I was really impressed by how kind and accommodating the staff were at this Dairy Queen. They showed such genuine care and patience, even when things were winding down for the day. My order was made perfectly, and the whole experience stands out. It’s not every day you meet people who go out of their way to make sure you leave with a smile—thank you for the great service!

Very slow takes me about 30 mins every time I come here or even a pick takes longer they don’t start your order tell you get there. Smh don’t shop here the worst service ever

The ice cream is your typical DQ offerings but have a smaller hot food menu than a full size location. No public restroom. When ordering one of the other servers turned on the loud blending machine right next to us making it to where the cashier could not hear us. Server did not turn the blizzard upside down when presenting them to us and when asked about the policy of receiving a free one on the next visit they just shrugged us off! Really!? This is your thing, the one thing that you’re known for? Overall you can still eat here but dont expect the upside down presentation or the policy to be upheld. 3 stars for policy breaking and refusal and no public restroom. (Update I went back in afterwards and requested the manager to get the free dessert coupon and she did issue me one at that time) I should not have to ask for a manager and an employee should not decline to honor the policy.

We have had good experiences with this location many times, but tonight the staffing was different and the service was awful. The blizzard was so runny it needed a straw. I guess that's why the grumpy woman in the drive thru didn't flip it upside down like they usually do. She was didn't even attempt to be polite and shrugged off our questioning if we had got the right menu item because it clearly wasn't a blizzard. Andy's is right around the corner, they will be getting my money next time. $7 for a small blizzard, that wasn't even a blizzard, is too expensive when dished out with that much bad attitude.

I’m a DoorDasher. I asked to use their restroom because of obvious reasons. We don’t have a lot of chances to go to the bathroom when we DoorDash for people. I was told the restroom was out of order. Which obviously they still use it. I’m giving this location one star because DoorDash, or should be treated with more respect. We should be offered the option to use the restroom when needed.

We were extremely disappointed with this location. First, we had no choice on what to order. Hot dogs only, no french fries only chips! Then we had to explain our order 3 times. My husband ordered a coke and had to throw it out after one drink. Disgusting! We ordered chili dogs and the chili looked like it had been on the stove all day! It was horrible! I will never visit this DQ again.
