Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Literally the worst service ever and half an hour later still never received our food.

Today 05/14/2025 the cashier when my daughter and I went was incredible.i don't think it was the normal cashier as someone came walking up with a headpiece shortly after. It was her birthday and she begged for ice cream in a brand new white dress. She handed my daughter the ice cream that my daughter immediately spilled all-over said dress.tgis woman with out missing a beat gasped and had a bigger better one ready in seconds i was biting my lip. She handed me the next cone which I gave to my daughter and made sure her hands were right. After that we got sushi and had an amazing day shout to the lightskin cashier that told a lady she looked like her mom. You made my girl( white dress lightskin girl) day and it was one of the best birthdays she says she's had

Everytime I come to this dairy queen I get a very negative experience. The workers constantly give me a rude stare, no urgency and no communication. I always have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my food as I watch several cars pass me up and when I do get my food I'm met with attitude and cold food, they didn't even give me a lid.

RUDE! This is the second time my son has been there in a week and they are so rude to him. No courtesy at all. Takes 15 plus minutes of waiting. They just give him his food with attitude not saying anything to him. The older lady gave him a shake with no lid. When he asked for a lid she acted like it was an issue and gave him several lids ( trying to be funny) with an attitude. That is NOT how you treat people!

I'm here almost every day on my break, they usually get me out very quickly and the food is always fresh. Thanks yall

Don't bother going here. Stood at counter for five minutes without even a hello from ANY of the employees staring at us. One girl working the front while two guys were chatting and looking at their phones in the kitchen. Another girl giving us nasty stares opposite the kitchen. No one had cleaned the dining area. For spending $30 it was a big mistake on my part.

If you order the meal deal and ask for your Sundae with your meal, 9 times out of 10 you'll have to go back up and ask for it after you've eaten your whole meal and still don't have it. Soda from the freestyle machine always tastes terrible.
