If you order the meal deal and ask for your Sundae with your meal, 9 times out of 10 you'll have to go back up and ask for it after you've eaten your whole meal and still don't have it. Soda from the freestyle machine always tastes terrible.

Food was great and Amir gave excellent service, even going as far as to help an elderly customer get into their car. That degree of kindness is rare these days

Sloooowww service. Then they messed up the order (ordered “sauced and tossed” chicken strips, got plain), then had the balls to come ask me to pay the $.60 difference as I wait for them to correct their mistake! All just crazy. Young girl at the register was kind and felt bad, not her fault. I’ll go to Freddys next time.

This is the very best location! The employees have always been friendly and polite. The food is always fresh and hot. My favorite is the classic cheeseburger and their fries are pretty good. The place looks clean, and I always get good vibes.

I come through the drive through and get a plain vanilla cone quite frequently. The staff is polite and very quick. No complaints here. Much better service than the nearby Freddy's. Very fast service, though I typically am there outside of peak hours and there's never any other customers in the drive through.I can't speak to the food. I come to DQ for ice cream and that's it.

i’ve always loved how friendly everyone is at this DQ. however, i have been waiting since maybe the 90s for the peanut brittle crunchies to return and i was very disappointed to be given a sparse sprinkling on both of our ice creams! here is a side by side of my sister’s cone from another DQ in town on the same day. please, for goodness sake, fix the crunchie crisis!
