Exactly the kind of place Kansas City needs more of, but happy to have this “one of one” gem. The vibe is chill, the staff are friendly, and the pizza is great without being a grease bomb. Caesar salad hit the spot and is on par with the great Caesar’s in the city.

Right off the new 31st street streetcar stop in Martini Corner. Highly recommend this pizza spot for taking it easy with friends and family.

Before coming in, we scoured reviews to see what kind of pizzas we should order or to see which was highly recommended. We ended up getting Martyz Special and Herbie Birdie but let me be clear - it didn’t matter what we ordered. Every single thing was delicious. Ordered a half Jam Bam and half Herbie Birdie pizza with a side of Portuguese carrot salad and it was all scrumptious. The staff were warm and welcoming and the kitchen clean and open. Plan to be go back soon to try other menu items.
