Tried this spot for the first time & it was delicious. Kept it simple with a smash burger, but it was fast & yummy! Love love the outdoor space in River market too!

Absolutely incredible burger and service. This team served 100 burgers to folks with Down syndrome and their families at one of our recent events. They refused to be paid. Everyone at the party LOVED the burgers and the kind staff - thank you, thank you, thank you.

This place is legit! I'm a cheeseburger connoisseur in the same realm as Andy Reid. A big boy who loves cheeseburgers.

This is the one you're looking for.

For the proper bread to meat ratio, I opt for a triple cheeseburger hold the disco sauce and add mustard.

These patties are smashed with super thin and crispy edges. Honestly, they're fantastic.

They also have ice cream and some of the best crinkle fries you will find in town. Disco Burger is in a food truck outside of Varsity Club bar.

This place is special. Come on down and enjoy one of the top five burgers in the metro. I will die on this hill.

Beautiful spot tucked away at the River-market! The burgers are good and so are the fries. Portion sizes a bit underwhelming but definitely try this place out if you are a fan of smash burgers!

Amazing burgers. If I could give a comparison it would be In-N-Out. If you like In-N-Out then I know you'll like this. I do wish they did an animal fries equivalent though. Hidden gem for burgers though for sure.

Great food and an even better atmosphere. You can order ahead for slightly quicker service, but even with walk-in orders, we waited less than 10 minutes. Disco Burger truly knocks it out of the park.

The burger was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and stacked just right. The patty melt was next-level: crispy, buttery bread, gooey cheese, and a rich, savory flavor that hit every note. And the fries? Golden, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning.

They keep the menu tight and focused, and it shows—they’ve absolutely mastered what they serve. You can tell there’s real care and pride in every bite. Highly recommend!

Disco burger has been on my list of places to try. I was super excited to go with my wife and daughter, after hearing from friends and neighbors about the best burger in town! Ordering was pretty easy I got double disco and a veggie burger with basket fries. told me it would be a 25 min wait ,so they took down my phone number and said they would text when the order was ready. After about 40mins and no text decide to check on the order it was indeed ready just no text. Finally after the long wait took my first bite excepting fireworks and pure joy, but was met with a very anti-climatic experience. The fries were tasty a little on the salty side but nice crunch and favor. I’d like to think I came on an off day and my experience isn’t the standard. I would like to highlight their non meat options for vegetarian/vegan folks like my wife it’s something for everyone. All and all if your in the river market and craving a burger give it a try not the best burger in town, but still solid and very filling.

The laciest of lacy edges, the smashiest of smashed burgers, this is top-tier KC burger royalty! Matched only by Cosmo Burger (IMO).

This place is great, some of the best fries I’ve ever had and great burgers too. Love the environment it’s in and how easy it is to order. Highly recommend if you need a quick bite or want to stay and eat with a drink.
