One last visit before they close on Sunday. Can't wait for the new location.

Don't look up, the chandelier above our table was full of clumps of dust. Appetizers- truffle fries were good, wings were descent. Gumbo was okay. The shrimp voodoo- don't get the crab cake on top- my husband said it's inedible- basically a hash brown with canned crab inside that tasted awful. The pulled pork sandwich was very dry. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. Won't be back.

Excellent service and food was very good. This restaurant uses pure ingredients. Parking wasn't too bad if you arrive early. Drinks are good

I really wish this place was better, as we live so close. Things seem to have gone downhill. We usually go for brunch on Sunday. The last few times we have gone around 1pm, we are immediately told either the kitchen is closed (early), or that we have precious few minutes left to order food. Food is generally ok, but has never stood out as great. I used to love getting a bloody mary here, as they have the infused vodkas. Recently, what I get is a (sometimes) salted rim, Zing Zang mix (they have the bottles in view), a lime and and a tiny old white nub of celery. Gross. The bartender didn't seem to consider that wouldn't be appetizing floating in my drink. They used to give a skewer with a few more goodies. The details make the difference.

Great food, very poor service and very messy. Tables inside and out hadn’t been bussed. Tables bussed weren’t wiped down. We were sat at a dirty table and told it was our fault cause we picked it. There was a broken glass on on the patio and was never swept up……

I wanted this to be more then what it was. After living in the area for 2.5 years I finally stopped by. When they brought the burger out it looked amazing but I was highly disappointed in the taste. There was no flavor even with blue cheese and bacon on it. It definitely wasn't worth the 15 I paid for it. Also the service wasn't anything to write home about. They didn't check on me once while I was eating other then to bring my check. I will not be going back unless it's to eat for free because the price just isn't worth it.

This is a breakfast review, get the Chicken fried Chicken breakfast, it's amazing! Best breakfast I have had in KC for a long time. I recommend it to everyone. I will be back often

I ordered the French toast with the strawberry drizzle. It was delicious to the taste but the toast was cold & soggy & the restaurant was empty. The bacon was cold & soggyNo crispness at all. Even the coffee was cold. Food had to be sitting in a steam table. The can do better but obviously we didn't matter.

This place has quickly become a favorite for unique cocktails and great pub food. Staff are always working hard and giving positive vibes. The atmosphere is a little bit sports bar and a little bit casual sit-down.

Sunday morning brunch with two other couples. Food was great and servings were generous. Craft cocktails were superb and service was fantastic. District is on my list to revisit on my next visit to KC.

super rude female bartender with glasses. Wasn't even busy at all, empty as you can see and no one asked me if I needed any service and I'm just here to pick up a DoorDash. Got bad service when i wasnt even eating there.

Had a lunch date with one of my friends after a visit to the American jazz Museum. We went in late in the lunch hour and had the good fortune of having George as our waiter. I had one of the best Cuban sandwiches and delicious risotto balls at this place. Oh, AND perfect half and half iced tea! It’s got a relaxed vibe with a lot of wood, metal and comfortable seating in elevated booths. If you see this guy working (see photo), ask to be seated in his station. He was great! (And no, I never met him before, really… but doesn’t he exude the same cool vibe as the restaurant? You’ll see when you visit!) ?

I had heard about this restaurant from a few friends and was excited to try it. Sadly, I was disappointed by both the service and the food. I ordered the Wornall Flatbread and asked to have the mushrooms removed. The waitress told me no and said that only the meat could be taken off, which let me know I had ordered an item that was frozen and not fresh. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and was also dissatisfied with his food. I am not one to leave food on my plate, but I did not finish my meal and did not ask for a to-go box. The best part of our lunch was the side of fries!
