Every Dragonfly store I have been to has been outstanding! The tea selection is excellent, and the boba teas are amazing! I would recommend the Horchata milk tea, it's absolutely delicious!

It makes me sad for this being my first bad review and at a place that I love. The past two visits have been very unpleasant. The girl that primary works there by herself and was there today at 1pm 9/9 has twice been very unkind and unprofessional. We placed an order today to which I ordered a Large and she made it a regular , I kindly asked her if I could have it remade as a large and she grabs her book and shows that she wrote down a regular size and refused to remake it. The last time she misheard our order and made a completely wrong drink to which she again argued but remade and packed it purposefully with ice and we went back and showed her and all she said was “that’s how much it comes with” and we repurchased a new one. As someone that has worked at coffee shops I know that this is such a poor level of hospitality and customer service, she’s never even offered an apology, a simple “it must have been a miscommunication” would even be appropriate. I hope she’s met with some retraining or coaching.
