Dragonfly Tea Zone

Dragonfly Tea Zone is hands down the best bubble tea spot in Kansas City! The drinks are always fresh, the boba is perfectly chewy, and the staff is super friendly. I love the variety on the menu — there’s always something new to try. Highly recommend the Tiger Milk Tea!

The have very good service the drinks are always right and taste excellent and never fail to make it right and it’s very calming place to enjoy boba or work! Unless there is annoying little kids lol but they are always everywhere so I say it’s worth the money and ITS A AMAZING PLACE TO GO!!!!

I guess they stop serving crepes after 6pm. Wish there was something on their website or something to let people know. Did not see a sign in-store either.

I don't know how many times the workers manage to mess up a simple order and me being me, I kept being a loyal customer that comes back because the first time I had it, I was sold on keep coming back. But almost everytime I want it delivered, its in ice tea form instead of FROZEN. Or I don't get the buy one get one free. Its just one. Then I get denied for delivery from them. So it makes me so frustrated. I truly want to keep coming back but service keeps getting worse.

Every time I come out to this location, I have some kind of problem. They hurry me along if I’m grabbing some tea after work, they mess up my drink order and won’t remake it, and this time I came out to use a bogo I got in the app and was going to buy a couple more bags of tea. I get there at 7:30 (the stated hours say they close at 8pm and I have been up there around the same time before), and they were already closed. Lights out, open sign off, door locked. I avoid this location whenever I can, guess I’ll have to go to 39th for my loose leaf tea on my day off since I can’t even rely on this place to be open when they say they will be!

Ordered a Too Good to Go. Showed up at the pick up window and the store was locked. Waited 15 mins for someone to open the door just to tell me on my face that they don’t have any when I have a pending order on the app and showed them.

I don’t know about the quality of the drink but it’s totally a scam if you order it from Too Good To Go. What a waste of time and money.

I love the Nutella milk tea boba, I hope they keep it forever. It’s made perfect every single time and i drink it all in like less than like 5 minutes because it’s that good. I love the crepes, I’ve been getting them for years from here. The vibes are just amazing all around inside, very relaxing. 10/10 recommend.

My homegirl and I, wanted something to drink. There was a new guy, he is pretty cool. He was very kind, patient, and understanding. Even though there was miscommunication, he still got my order correct. Thanks Dragonfly Tea Zone 👍🏾

I'm absolutely obsessed with the refreshing taste of a kiwi smoothie 🥝! The vibrant green color is so appealing, and I always feel energized after I drink one.

I guess you really have to know what to order a lot of the drinks I've tried don't have flavor

Love this company but I'd never visit this location again. Stopped in Sunday at 3:30pm to get some bags of tea and the 3 girls working were screeching and giggling so loud with each other I had to leave, it was unbearable. Imagine going in to have a cup of tea and relax and that's what the atmosphere is like..lmao 😂 Nobody asked if I or the other customer that came in needed help and when I did ask a question they acted annoyed. Worst deal I've seen in a while 😬

This was a horrific experience... we went in and immediately it was a starring contest Noone ask can we help you or can we take your order .. we went over to look at the tea's came back to the front only to be met with if you are ready to place an order you can ..I spoke to the manager about what felt like poor customer service only to have a worker over hear the conversation and say it doesn't matter it want hurt us.. immediately as we stepped out to leave another couple asked why we left and we shared our experiences and the left also...no business should be so comfortable with poor customer service and to think it will not affect their bottom line..
