I guess you really have to know what to order a lot of the drinks I've tried don't have flavor
Love this company but I'd never visit this location again. Stopped in Sunday at 3:30pm to get some bags of tea and the 3 girls working were screeching and giggling so loud with each other I had to leave, it was unbearable. Imagine going in to have a cup of tea and relax and that's what the atmosphere is like..lmao 😂 Nobody asked if I or the other customer that came in needed help and when I did ask a question they acted annoyed. Worst deal I've seen in a while 😬
This was a horrific experience... we went in and immediately it was a starring contest Noone ask can we help you or can we take your order .. we went over to look at the tea's came back to the front only to be met with if you are ready to place an order you can ..I spoke to the manager about what felt like poor customer service only to have a worker over hear the conversation and say it doesn't matter it want hurt us.. immediately as we stepped out to leave another couple asked why we left and we shared our experiences and the left also...no business should be so comfortable with poor customer service and to think it will not affect their bottom line..
Worse customer service
They need to listen good to what customers want
Plus they do what they want and its not like its the customer fault that the employee didn’t listen good. A woman there always has an attitude never going back period.
Tea station lets you pick and bag your own tea blends and add ins like lavender or cloves. Boba teas are decent as well.
Closed when visiting during operating hours. Waste of time.
I love the chocolate milk tea thingy-hingy.
I recently moved and found DragonFly while exploring my grocery store options. The boba is always fresh, staff is friendly and helpful, and their most of the drinks are delicious. Would recommend the Lavender (though I hate it but best one so far), Original Milk Te, Horchata Smoothie and Marsala Chai Latte with Boba. There is usually specials too like Happy Hour and 1/2 days so check those out.
They ask so have a crazy amount do loose leaf tea for purchase that all smell amazing.
The BEST bubble tea in KC! I have tried so many tea places, but always come back to Dragonfly. Staff is friendly, tea is smooth and not bitter. They make their own bobas and they are amazing!

Drinks are pretty good. I tried my daughter's Bobo and it was very sweet. Nothing I would ever try again. The other drinks are also good.
We love this location.
So when I came in with my friends, everything was fine, super cute spot, the staff seemed friendly. Then some guy was complaining about his drink, demanding a refund, and me and my friends were just so shocked cuz he was really overreacting, anyways, I ordered an almond milk tea and an original milk tea, waited a few minutes and then they gave me a lavender tea. I was just confused because I hate lavender milk tea and ordered Almond, not lavender. I told the workers that I had actually ordered Almond and they kept saying that I told them Lavender ðŸ˜ðŸ˜, like I usually don’t make a fuss about stuff like this because I work in customer service and hate when this happens but I always admit my faults, and they didn’t, they just made faces and I could feel the whole room tense up after that, it was just very uncomfortable and I don’t understand why they had to react like I was weird or something, definitely not going there again if thats how the workers treat misunderstandings.
I've never seen a dragonfly here but the tea is amazing! The service is quali-tea🤠too
No one ever came up front to take my order or even acknowledge that I entered the store do better.
