December weather, told them no ice for 16oz, charge me 75 cents more... Money hunger place, it's just powder milk tea..

Ordered the tigers milk and the boba was terrible and seemed old. It you want delicious boba tea go to fatbee! I completely wasted my $8 here
I've tried to go here 3 different times and they aren't open when the hours say they are. I see workers inside but the doors locked.
Today is Monday I attempted to try this place at 10:30am the hours say they open at 10. But the door was locked. No sign on.

Omg it was so good I go for the different herbs they have for tea I have diabetes and the lady in there was sooooo helpful to get me the right herbs for my health problems and its really working and helping me omg I can’t say enough on the subject thank you thank you thank you

Workers are not knowledgeable about what they are selling. I asked if the macaroons were gluten free, not all are, the girls behind the counter didn’t know and advised they are “homemade.” I asked if there was someone to call to find out and they said no…smh! Whoever the owner is…do better, either educate your workers, leave an ingredient list for your items being sold, or allow them to call someone and find out.
