It’s always a treat when a place not only serves up yummy coffee and food, like your avocado toast, but also has great service. The friendly and welcoming staff really makes a difference, even when they’re dealing with their own stuff. Their ability to stay positive is awesome and adds to the overall great vibe. These experiences are so heartwarming and show us how important kindness is. If you’re thinking of going back, it sounds like a place you should definitely visit again!
I went to this Dunkin’ during its operating hours (5:55 pm on 02/26/2025) and was told they had thrown away all their coffee and their ovens were off so I couldn’t buy any food. Odd!
Dunkin never fails to disappoint; this coffee is terrible.
The lady at the cash register was nice. There was a guy working who clearly didn't want to be there. Seemed upset, and it showed. The hashbrowns were mushy and tasted like freezer burn. For the price it feels like it should be on point.
That 5Am
Absolute WORST!
45 minutes for a latte as they prioritized mobile orders over customers in line. Then it shows up 1/2 full! NOT A CAPPUCCINO! It’s a Latte!!!
Pathetic. Get your act together!
If I could give this location a 0 I would… stand in line for an hour while 1 person runs around with there head cut off like come on it’s the 4:15am-6am breakfast rush for travelers this is ridiculous.

Young lady at the register was rude and abrasive when i didnt know the exact name of what i wanted. I understand she might have been working a longer shift since the early morning but there was no reason for her attitude. They were out of milk and out of tomatoes and i still paid full price for my items to not even get all of it. Just because this is an airport does not excuse the lack of customer service. I am a barista myself and i can say it is Not hard to just be polite and smile at customers.Young man in the kiosk was very kind even when being yelled at by the young girl for asking me a question.
I have never seen such poor customer service/people skills/ manners! I stood there for a good 7 minutes before the young kid acknowledged me and took my order. A captain was right behind me, and he stood there for 15 minutes and never helped, I was the only order they were completing, but my God acknowledge your customers!! "Ill be right with you" "Just a moment." "Sorry for the wait," ect... they re did my order 2 times not that they said anything to me but the place being so small I can see everything. The young lady making my order kept burning my toast and buiscuts. then hands me each item, my toast and my buicuts and I asked for a bag and she said "oh i didnt, know you wanted one"... I don't go to McDonald's and order a combo and get my burger and fries handed to me, not in the bag ???? what a horrible experience!
