I've had Dunkin at 12 different airports, and my experience this morning was far superior to those other locations. Iced drink was perfectly rationed, and the sandwich was not the slimeball I normally recieve.

Poorly managed, the store is frequently out of stock on many menu items. It never reflects on the app. So you can order but you may get a random replacement item instead. They are frequently short staffed as well leading to long wait times. On the plus side, the employees are always friendly and apologetic. They seem to know the problem exists but are powerless to correct it.

I asked for ketchup since there was none stocked. The young man making the food pointed to the young man taking orders at the register and said he would get it for me. I was waiting for the young man taking the orders to finish attending to customers in line. Then the young man making the food went to the back and then tossed two ketchup packets on the counter and turned around. I guess disrespect is the culture that was exhibited today. As I am traveling, I will be hesitant to visit this location again in my travels.

Mary at the store inside the MCI airport is rude. And she is a manager!! When I travel I always get dunkin before my flight but because of how rude she was ill be looking at getting food elsewhere. There is no need to be rude to customers. She should not be a manager!

That cashier on January 8th at 5:18 AM—I don't even know her name—was glued to her phone instead of helping me. I waited there for a few minutes while she texted, and she didn't even see me! It was early, I get it, but some basic customer service would've been nice. Not even a hello or a thank you, just a blank stare.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and as I’m eating it I noticed something wasn't right so I opened it and to my surprise the beacon had the baking paper on!!!! How disgusting!!

🤮🤢🤮😡The service sucks, it's the worst ... someone who serves with headphones on and does not pay attention to the order. We had to repeat it 4 times and he was looking at his phone. Even so, we risked ordering a sandwich and ice coffee. really horrible. almost raw sausage and the coffee (if it was supposed to be vanilla, the minimum was that they put vanilla in it and they didn't. Horribly disgusting. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE, we spent $37 to have to throw everything away when we got on the plane. We just wanted to eat something light for the 4 hour flight that we would have. DISASTROUS AND HORRIBLE (IF I COULD I WOULD NOT GIVE IT A SINGLE STAR) 😪🤮 (07-25-2024)

The one Dunkin I’ve ever had with good coffee. I knew from the color it would be gas. The donut??? WAS PERFECT. Freshly made maybe moments ago. Dunkin I’m freaking impressed

Service is unbelievably slow. Considering they’ve got three staff and are just serving coffee and pre-made donuts, it takes them a painfullly long time to take each order and even longer to slowly wander round the kitchen trying to work out what they’re getting. Avoid unless your flight is delayed and you’re trying to kill an extra hour.
Never has advertised items in stock. Service is typically unprofessional.

Website states they open at 4am. Ms. Personality informed me at 4:10am that they’re not open and probably wouldn’t be until 4:30. That’s all good and dandy, unless you have a flight to catch… employee was less than thrilled to be there.
