Ordered a Shark attack Rebel and asked for light ice the lady only filled half the cup she said the reasoning for this was because I got less ice? that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard in my life I will NEVER be a returning customer and didn’t appreciate the girls attitude that handed me my drink when I asked why it was only half full?

Love Dutch Bros!! They have the best employees, always happy, engaging, and professional! You can get coffee anywhere, but you can not get their level of GREAT customer service! Although I find them much less confusing to order from too.
