The 2 gals working right now @ this location are rude and have a horrible attitude. I felt rushed and discombobulated because of their terrible service. The only positive to this experience was the fact that my drink came out quick, due to their rushing. Had I not used a gift card, I would’ve left empty handed and not given a DIME of my money. This is the location I frequent and I have never had such a negative experience before. Disappointed and frustrated. Off to 7-Brew I go. ✌?

My new favorite coffee place in KC. The espresso is so much better than starbucks, and the Golden Eagle is so good. The staff is always so dang friendly.

While I normally have a good experience at this location. I stopped by here this past Sunday. I ordered the same drink I've ordered every single time for the last 8 months. Large iced 911 with whip. My first drink was basically ice-cold chocolate milk with a splash of coffee. I get the 911 because it's usually STRONG and gives me what I need to finish my day. As I've had this issue before in independence. I waited in line for 18 minutes to get it fixed. When they brought out my replacement cup, it tasted the exact same. What I don't understand is how, when following a recipe, the result should always be the same. All I want is my strong coffee, how I ordered it! At almost $8.00 a cup that shouldn't be too hard to accomplish. As I've had this issue in the past and I've spoken to @feedback, and I was told to report it to the store in the future that they couldn't help me. I'm inclined to respond in a Google review.
