The ordering w kids taking orders in the parking lot is ridiculous, it's a safety issue, and it takes longer, get em inside making drinks instead of backing traffic up thr street like the idiots at chic filet..honestly use your heads..good coffe, dumb dangerous , awful service..

Love Dutch Bros and I was excited when they were open one near me however, if you don’t have 30 minutes to sit in line and wait for coffee, probably want to drive past this location and head to Starbucks up the street. The other locations tend to have staff come out and take your order so when you pull up to the window there’s a very short wait, every time I came to this location I’ve spent at least spent 25 to 30 minutes in line waiting for a cup of coffee. I’m literally only come here if I have time to waste, because I’ve never gotten though the line less than 30 minutes at this place. However if I really want coffee and I have to be somewhere on time I DO NOT get in line here because you’re going to be trapped you can’t get out of the line and you’re just be sitting. They either need to hire more staff or do something different because this is horrible! I’m actually sitting in the line right now, and I literally got here at 5:15 and got my coffee at 5:56

This location sucks. I like Dutch bros but this one is slow and I’ve been skipping in line twice now. It takes 20 minutes to get through a small line. I’ve been to this location multiple times and other ones many times. This location is on the way to work for me and I’m not coming back. So I guess no Dutch bros for me. I’ve been inconvenienced enough.

The wait time is just not worth it. Two younger girls were just chatting it up at the window while my coffee was sitting right there and wouldn’t give it to me cause they were too busy talking. Honestly so frustrating. Also you guys should really have more people out taking
