Eddie V's Prime Seafood

Eddie V's is my favorite restaurant. I visit in every state that I travel to and this time I had 2 colleagues join me and the experience was nothing less than expected. Our waiter Marion was amazing and definitely added to the experience.

Lobster mashed potato and crab cake are fabulous. Filet with cognac peppercorn as well. Sea bass you can get better elsewhere. It was cooked well but no flavor- bland and served on the colder side.

Great Saturday night date dinner night with my wife. Service was great. Cuisine was excellent !

First time there. Wine was amazing. Food was amazing! Sat at the bar with my friend and loved the vibe. Bartenders were awesome! Best calamari I ever had. Can't wait to go back

Terrible! We came at 7PM and left at 10PM! The food was SO TERRIBLE. Took us 40 minutes to get appetizers, that being a SALAD. Then ANOTHER 40 to get SOUPS!! Then an hour to get our final dishes, but not before we saw them sit for 10 minutes, being looked at and occasionally seasoned by chefs. The end product was TERRIBLE. Tasted awful, even McDonald's would be better than this crap. 7 people came, WE SPENT $1,435 for this CRAP!!! Insanity priced for some dim lit, pompous bar.
Our waiter abandoned us 4 times, checking in sparingly. Her claim was she had a 'big table', that being a four person table... We were clearly not prioritized despite the insane and absurd amount of money that was spent.

Delicious food as always. Attentive but not amazing service as sometimes we've experienced. Extremely loud diners around us made it very difficult to have a normal conversation. Still a favorite place to celebrate events.

Great dinner experience for our wedding anniversary. Eddie V's never disappoints, as the service is always impeccable.

We have always had a wonderful experience dining at Eddie V's but celebrating my moms birthday there topped it off! A card, table decorated, a gift and their delicious banana foster had my mom feeling so special! Thank you guys for always treating us right. We cannot come to KC without stopping by!

I'll have to make another reservation. Wasn't that impressed like a lot of reviews. I am not snobbish but living in New England and Maryland and traveling different regions, including Europe, I know what an excellent seafood dish is. One more try at Eddie V's. Nice atmosphere.

EV's is our #1 favorite place, whether in KC, Orlando, Denver, Scottsdale...
This time we took our kids for the first time and they never disappoint.
They really are on top of service, but knowing their standards, service was just 4/5 this time. This will sound awfully nitpicky, but our drinks (water glasses) weren't kept full, and some of the plates weren't taken as quickly as we're used to. However, they celebrated us and our celebrations with perfect personal touches!
