Worst Einstein bros experience, lady with a tattoo on her arm and older woman with gray hair were very rude and impolite. I feel as though I can't order my food without a nasty face from them or them being upset for working at her job.

I just went there 5 minutes ago to get lunch. I ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. They did not tell me that they were out of plain bagels until they called my number to pick up my food. They ran out after I ordered my food, and they didn’t bother to tell me that. Not only do they owe me my money back ($5), they owe me an apology. I will NOT be going back there again until they check their stock before taking orders, and until they give me my money back.

This supposed store must be within the Rockurst University campus because it is not on any of the surrounding streets, and without being a student I couldn’t find the visitor parking, much less go into the campus and try to look for the place.
