El Chaparro's Fast Food

My husband & I recently moved to the area & had a long day. We didn't finish moving until about 8pm and we're so hungry. The only place we know in the area that's open late is 'tacos el guero' so we headed over there. By chance, we came across El Chaparros a few doors down and they were still open! It looks to be a small, family run business. Very nice people and the food was INCREDIBLE! My husbandis VERY picky and he loved it. Went back today for lunch and still so so good.

El Chaparro's is a must stop if you are in Kansas City's Historic North District. I'm ashamed to say that I haven't spent too much time in this part of town and after driving around today I will definitely be returning.El Chaparro is what a neighborhood Mexican restaurant should be.
