Had dinner here with my family about 2 weeks ago. Food was awful and cold. We were courteous enough to leave a tip but come to find out that we’re were charged an additional $40 to our bill. ? I called the place multiple times to address the additional charge with their “manager” but they refused to talk with me and hung up.

Upon arrival I, along with 6 friends were told to wait by the door for someone to take to go orders. 25 minutes later I asked for a manager. I was told there was no manager on duty and that they would not take an order from Me after waiting that entire time. This is absolutely the worst taco place in KC this place will never get a dime from me or my family. The worst customer service by far

Always enjoyed eating here but 2 days ago..the food wasn't good. Rice had burnt taste...Chile sauce was cold...bland meat...no flavor.. despite bad food...still left a reasonable tip (cash on the table)...come check my bank statement...they charged an additional $35+ dollars...called their establishment...lady answered...informed her of additional charge...she hung up...afterwards...attempting several times again...they refuse to answer my calls...?

This is place is so amazing! I literally came in and was given such great customer service. They were super busy the girl with the big booty (Angelica ) was so great and patient. The tacos and platters we had was so good and hot. I appreciate them so much.

Double digit cost for chips, horrible service, awful atmosphere, automatic gratuity + tip to some rough servers, and food is very obviously straight out of a freezer. The kicker is that they have a cockroach problem, go to town topic instead it is way better!
