If you’re looking for the slowest meal of your life, paired with a generous side of rudeness and unprofessionalism, Enzo Wine & Bistro is the place to be. Three hours to complete a meal. THREE. HOURS. We could’ve driven to another city, had dinner, and been home before our entrées showed up. But wait—it gets better. When we politely voiced our concerns, the manager laughed and mocked us like it was the funniest thing he’d heard all night. Apparently, customer complaints are entertainment here. Meanwhile, our waitress was too busy doing shots at the bar with the manager to bother checking on us. Cheers to terrible service, I guess? If you enjoy being disrespected, ignored, and treated like a punchline while your food takes forever, this is your dream spot. For the rest of us? Hard pass.
Great food and patio! Riley is phenomenal!
Wonder service! Our party of 10 was accommodated beautifully. Wilson was the best! Definitely try the Moussaka! Great happy hour!
We made reservations for 5:30pm on Mother's Day and were seated right away up front next to the door. We sat there and sat there and sat there without even a glass of water offered - people continuously going by. It was 25 minutes later that I tracked down the hostess to let her know that we had not even seen anyone yet and she offered free drinks - never got them. Then we had 3 different people come to our table for our drinks and food order - not sure if we even had a specific waiter. We left a tip for someone, because we didn't know whose fault it was. However, we do not plan to go back, as there are too many other good places to eat to give poor service our money and it definitely didn't leave a good impression on our guests. The food was good though.
We have been coming to Enzo since they opened with varying results. The past couple of visits, we have had terribly slow service and the food has been sub par. Their eggplant parm is very good but you’d be better off to go to Ragazza for the same dish where the service is far superior to that of Enzo.
Absolutely wonderful atmosphere with a fun and attentive staff and the cuisine is a delight for your senses. So tasty.
We stopped here for a weeknight dinner and dined on the patio. We were able to easily secure a same day reservation and appreciated the friendly service and menu recommendations. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and although it was good, I wish it had been served with a side of pasta rather than just the entree. They also don’t serve any bread to the table, which would be a nice touch. I also tried the amaretto cookies, and they were great. Overall a good experience here, we would return!
This has become one of favorite stops for Happy Hour, Dinner, or Brunch. The staff is friendly and the owners have been great to get to know a bit. Happy Hour has been focused on a good wine and the Spicy Feta Dip or the Eggplant Frites appetizers. For dinner, still exploring the menu but the Carbonaro was tasty. Brunch has been my favorite time their though with the best eggs benedict I have ever had. Lost sleep thinking about having it again.
This is a must stop and try!
Cool vibe, great wine and delicious food!
So delicious! I’ve had pretty much everything on the menu and it’s all great!!!! Whether sitting at the bar, a table or the patio, it’s a vibe every time! Customer service, food and cleanliness all appreciated

I’ve always had great experiences at Enzo. I tend to order one of two dishes (lasagna or eggplant parmesan) and they are consistently good, so I can’t speak broadly to the rest of the menu. Cocktails are good, atmosphere is great, and the staff is phenomenal. What I most appreciate about Enzo is there is no game playing about their closing time. A few times, I’ve arrived at 9:30pm, asked if it was too late to be seated given their 10pm close time, and was graciously shown to a table and served without grumpiness or frustration. They said, don’t rush, the kitchen closes at 10pm and not before, so take your time to order. This is so unlike most other establishments who turn you away and tell you that the kitchen closes half an hour to 45 minutes before actual close time. Enzo is operating more like Europe, which means close time is equal to kitchen close time. I’ve been so appreciative of their graciousness about this late-night dining that I’m a loyal customer. Wish more KC restaurants would be like this. Not all of us eat earlier.
Waited an hour for a burrata appetizer, which is not cooked. Waitress only checked in on us once and said “it’s coming”. 30 more minutes went by with no food. Had to ask her for the check and left. Service is extremely slow and the staff seem very short and rude. I bet the food is good, but I never got to try it.
I came on a Sunday evening and ordered the burrata appetizer (delicious) and the KC strip entree. The steak was cooked to perfection with an amazing butter to gorgonzola ratio. The crispy potatoes were out of this world and the broccolini I was delicious. I’ve come here a few times before, but this meal warranted a review. Service has always been exceptional and a positive atmosphere. May try the chicken picatta-sub spaghetti for my next meal :) thanks Enzo! (Jonathan was my bartender/ server and I was very impressed with his service and work ethic.)
Jonathon is the best bartender I’ve had in quite a while.
Do not go here unless you want to fall in love with all the dishes and melt your hearts desire with flavor, ambience and perfect service.
