Seems to be very popular but no one in our group enjoyed much of anything we got. Our server was amazing & helped make the time there more enjoyable! The drinks weren't great. Ribeye was huge, but very chewy. Octopus was charred to extinction. Chicken spiedini was very good, as was the rosemary baked bread. The seating is cramped, and it was extremely noisy even though we got there very early. Reservations went smoothly. People were all very friendly. Maybe just not to our taste.

This is one of my very favorite restaurants in all of Kansas City! Always the kindest service, the food is amazing. Everyone has to try the goat cheese Bourekas once in their life! Amazing cocktails, the “inda clurb we all fam” is amazing!

The quality of the food has gone downhill since I was last at the restaurant a few years ago. That might be a result of the ridiculously long food menu. The cocktails I ordered were great, and our server was outstanding. This was a happy hour event. After we arrived, I noticed on the menu that EV has a policy of no separate checks for parties of 8 or more. Our party this time was only 7, so that was not an issue. Still, I think this establishment will be off our happy hour list because of that policy.

We had a party of 7 and hit happy hour with half priced apps. We shared everything we ordered and nothing disappointed. It was all delicious! In the order of my favs we had whole wheat pappardelle, heirloom tomato salad, watermelon salad, mezza spreads, grilled shrimp, clam linguine and chickpea fries. I had a great Paloma mocktail too. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often.

Our group of 5 were seated in the private wine room. What a nice surprise! Our service was attentive and helpful! This was our first experience and we will be back for sure!

Small plates with really well-developed flavors. Great value and atmosphere. Food comes out quickly and plated beautifully. Had the shishito peppers, the shrimp buns, the cauliflower with perfect spices and a earthy sauce, and bone marrow. All were so delicious and perfect for sharing. Our server was great. It's close to lots to venues. What's not to love?

"dirty, tired environment" mgr met us with a frown when we walked in, needs to learn to smile and be friendlier even if that is not his demeanor. Lots of attitude in that place. No one thanked us when the check was brought or when we left.

Food was great. My wife never had Mediterranean food and this was a great first experience. On top of the food being great the service was top notch. I happened to leave my backpack and the server literally ran across the street with my backpack to grab me before I hopped on the KC street car. Great spot.
