Ameristar, 2019 called and they want their COVID restrictions back! No Poker Room is such a disappointment. Your Hotels and Casinos are beautiful but you're losing clientele by not reopening them. Truck parking is a bonus though!

In the hood. Worst slots ever. You’ll never win anything. Maybe a part of your money back. They play fake Jackpot announcements across the machine you are playing. AS A CUSTOMER WHO IS ABOVE AVERAGE PLAYER! Do. NOT. GO. I can’t reply to their comment. Yes the jackpot announcements are fake. Or they are from other boyd gaming affiliated casinos. This place used to be great. It is an empty, ghost town. Everyone understands a “run of bad luck” that gambles. But Every. Single. Time. Is not a run. It is absolutely the programming of the machines. And a failing casino, trying to stay afloat.

I went down with service rating because I'm banned for a year (at first permanently) because I took my 2dollar tip off bar , in order to give ALL bartenders a tip and because I was still drinking and playing at the bar. If I had to give a tip for each drink I had, I'd be broke. Anyway, I was a bit intoxicated and didn't like the way I was approached in front of other guests ... I'm always at Ameristar and they disrespected me and didn't even hear me out. I believe I was banned because I embarrassed the head of security like he embarrassed me. People have done way worse at that establishment and didn't get banned. A nice 2 week ban would've been more suitable but I'm banned for a year for one mishap. I may be done with Ameristar

Nice and small casino! We enjoyed our visit there! I gave it a four Star because the hotel bed was not that comfortable. We had a hard time sleeping. More than that, the room is nice!
