Food cold and overcooked . Never experienced that. Very uneasy. The only thing that was okay was the beans. Won’t be ordering again

Do not order from here! All of the meat was terribly dry… husband was looking forward to his burnt ends (3 meat combo meal) chicken, burnt ends, and ribs were so hard to chew. So disappointed… wouldn’t have paid $10 for the meal let alone 2 @$25 a pop.

I can never get anyone on the phone. Placing an order to go should be easy.

HORRIBLE. paid over $100 for cold food and raw chicken after waiting and extra 30 minutes past our pick up time. Save your money!!!

So disappointed. I spent over $50 brisket had fat running through it, uneditable burnt ends in little chunks uneditable no meat on ribs uneditable Mac and cheese horrible no flavor and other words the whole order was a disaster. I thought I was ordering from the one in

Very frustrating experience. Once I actually found the restaurant because where you pick up your online order is not the name of the actual place you order from. Still didn't get everything. Very disappointed in that I'm trying to find the BBQ Kansas City is famous for. So far this is not the place.

I had the rib ends and rib meal. And they tasted like they had been in the fridge too long. And had warmed it up on low. The rib ends were chewy, made me think how I should have just gone to Walmart and microwaved some meat and slap bbq sauce on it. The waitress was nice enough. I love famous Dave's. But this time the food was just like eating two day BBQ leftovers.

To-go at Zona Rosa disappointing and not what we have come to expect from the Famous Dave's (in KCK). Meats and fries were dry. Chicken had poultry seasoning, probably for Granite City meals, that didn't go with bbq sauce. Corn, muffins, and beans were consistent with FD's. Coleslaw was half portion of the beans. Forgot half our order initially and had to return to get the rest. Disappointing all around.

It's a ghost kitchen. Not very good. I'm sure if it has its own dedicated restaurant it would be amazing.

I went there this past weekend and the food was excellent. Of course I think it had a lot to do with how amazing our server Logan was! She was one of a kind and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced service as well as hers. Definitely consider changing it to Famous Logan’s!

Good food with even better service. I came in this past Saturday with one of my buddies. Our server, Logan, did an amazing job. Immediate service and she even changed the TV to what we wanted to watch

good food but I'm writing in to say I received some of the best service I've ever had from a young lady named Logan I recommend her service over all thank you Logan

All of the meat was soo overcooked and dry, we could barely eat it. It was embarrassing. Crazy to see many people with this same issue. You guys need a whole new kitchen or just close down and replace with a Jack Stacks.
