Farewell and Howdy are true gems of KC. They bring in such a wide variety of acts, but their hardcore shows are legendary. Both venues are small, but in a good way. Farewell serves cheap beer ($3!) and beer for the pickiest beer snobs. The restroom at Farewell alone is worth the visit!

Found this place randomly- it was a lot of fun! Super unique and interesting. Looking forward to coming back to see some life music in the near future. Also worth noting that the staff was amazing and the crowd was very friendly and welcoming!
