I absolutely love their silky mango boba latte!! It’s my go to at Fatbee and I would highly recommend it for someone looking for a fruity, non-caffeinated drink. They are generous with the mango puree but my only gripe is that their boba can be a hit or miss sometimes.

Overall, I’m already a frequent customer and will continue to be back!

Used to be a regular, that’s probably going to change.
I went in around 7:45pm tonight (7-9-24) and I ordered a Strawberry Sangria, Taro Milk Tea, and a Thai Milk Tea. As usual, everything was good EXCEPT the Thai Milk Tea. I’ve ordered it a million of times and it’s always great, but tonight it was just super watery and there was no flavor.
Only two sips were taken. I went back in and explained to the two girls working that it wasn’t good and I asked if it could be remade. They said it was premade so I asked if I could get a different drink instead. I paid over $6 for a cup of water and an essence of flavor.
They said no to making something else because their manager doesn’t allow that. No refund offered, no coupon to get reimbursed in the future, just a cup of frustration.
After working in the restaurant industry as a manager for years, this is ridiculous. How on earth am I supposed to come back and pay $6-$7 for a drink that I may not be satisfied with. Disappointed because I really loved Fat Bee for a long time.

This place is so good! The shop is decorated so cute. They often have little pop events that welcomes the local community to participate. Best boba in Kansas City hands down. The service is excellent and the employees remember my order every time. They use quality ingredients and it’s is evident in the drinks when you take your first sip. You can get some much for your money here vs going to a coffee shop. Highly recommend!
