the service was good, but for the price the bubble tea isn't very good (it's sickly sweet with no sugar level control options that you see in other boba shops, you can't really taste the flavour syrups it just tastes like sugar water)

Im never setting foot in your facility for the beyond poor treatment that my husband had to experience here. Some lady thought my husband was only there to use the charger you guys have and my husband told her he wanted to buy the drink and charge his phone to get ahold of me to pick him up after working a 12 hr shift to today and her calloused reply “even if you buy a drink I won’t let you use it” if it wasn’t for the couple that questioned her unprofessional behavior and why are chargers even out if we aren’t allowed to use them and her justifying her actions “that he only wanted to buy a drink to use the charger” this woman must have a very biased mind god knows how your staff and facility treats homeless people if you treat the working class minorities this way

Went here to try something new. I could not understand the clerk waiting on me. She didn’t speak up. Then, what all three of us ordered was so sweet, I couldn’t finish it. Then I went down the hall to use the bathroom. Sign on restroom door stated bathrooms are closed at 5 pm?! What?! If you’re a paying customer, you should be able to use the restroom! I asked one of the clerks for the combination code. They told me no. Then, same clerk went down the hall, punched code in and used the restroom. Never going back to this place!

Very clean, plenty of seating inside and out and the croffle was very good! The staff was very nice, I visited the downtown KCMO store. Very close to the bus line. I had the Matcha Milk Tea and Strawberry Sangria drinks. I really liked the Matcha Milk Tea. I had boba added to the Sangria and those were very easily burst. I don't usually like the Boba in my drinks at other places I've been. These I liked. Softer and a little smaller than other places.I was there at dinnertime, but they only have croffles, the menu food menu is very small, I didn't come for the food though, I made the trip for the drinks!
Parking: This store is at 11th and Main, there is no parking here along this street. You would have to go West up 11th to the next block to park. Or to the East on 12th to the next block park there.
Drinks are delicious but i didn't feel welcomed by the staff!!!

I would argue an iced latte is just espresso and milk. But the apparently they put in a packet of sugar without telling you, i even told them no flavors. Had them remake it without the sugar. Tasted great then.

One of my fave boba tea shops in KC. My go to's are Tropical Vibe tea as well as Lychee on Lychee tea with popping boba. As for milk tea...Taro with brown sugar boba. Great atmosphere, efficient service and great place to sit outside on a nice day.

I come here frequently after getting groceries, one lady remembers me now and knows exactly what I order. I tried something new and it was delicious, I went to reorder it today and I accidentally ordered a tea instead of a latte. I did not like the tea and they made me a new drink even though it was my fault. I love this little shop! The Brown Sugar Boba Latte is my favorite. It is a small shop in downtown, so there arent a lot of places to park, which is to be expected. Good thing I walk everywhere. :)
