I loved the one in Kansas and the one in lees summit, downtown Kansas City Mo, no so much. The attitude of one of the ladies was nasty and they shorted me on one of the drinks. Won’t come back to this one. So disappointed.

I have always loved Fat Bee but since they moved locations I went for the first time. I ordered a strawberry matcha 25% sweet with brown sugar boba. I’ve had it in the past and loved it but this time it tasted neither like matcha or strawberry. Just like plain milk. It was the worst I’ve had there or anywhere. The servers were kind but the location is hard to find parking. Definitely not worth $7+.

I got 2 drinks. A quick pit stop mind you, and they were simple drinks a brown sugar boba latte and passion sunset with added boba.
That passion sunset didn't have the boba I PAID for (0.85), it may have not been an extra lot but I'm not gonna be satisfied knowing it wasn't a busy evening and I was their only order for them still to get it wrong.

My husband and I stopped by for a refreshing iced coffee. I checked out the menu and photos, settled on the Creme Brulee Lovers, no boba. I was handed a delicious looking cup of ice with coffee and a cheese cream topping. Yup, you read that correctly. Not an iced coffee, a coffee'd ice if you will. Not typically a blended drink fan, but this wasn't even blended, it was just chunked, making it difficult to get what little coffee there was, out. Forget any mixing of the cream topping. I salvaged what I could. Hardly $6+ worth. Delicious, but you see a photo of an iced coffee, read the description with no mention of blended ice or whatever, your expectations are typically set. If I return, I will make sure to specify iced coffee. Service was fine, kind and quick.

I ordered a matcha strawberry latte, but it didn’t taste like a matcha latte at all. It felt like I was just drinking strawberry syrup with boba,there was no hint of matcha. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Brown sugar boba is my favorite. Rich, creamy, and delicious 😋. Nice view and wonderful staff!!!!
There's simply just no standard of service. One day you order a drink, it's made one way, and the next it's made differently. Basically just based off how lazy the workers feel at a given point if they want to Brulee sugar on the creme Brule or not, or sometimes they will forget to add Boba when you paid for it, or sometimes they will just put a ton of ice to make up for the fact that they're out of simple stuff like milk. I ranked it two stars because when it is made right, the product is good, but if you're a regular customer, be prepared for very inconsistent service for a very premium price point.
