the service was good, but for the price the bubble tea isn't very good (it's sickly sweet with no sugar level control options that you see in other boba shops, you can't really taste the flavour syrups it just tastes like sugar water)
Very clean, plenty of seating inside and out and the croffle was very good! The staff was very nice, I visited the downtown KCMO store. Very close to the bus line. I had the Matcha Milk Tea and Strawberry Sangria drinks. I really liked the Matcha Milk Tea. I had boba added to the Sangria and those were very easily burst. I would argue an iced latte is just espresso and milk. But the apparently they put in a packet of sugar without telling you, i even told them no flavors. Had them remake it without the sugar. Tasted great then.
