Filling Station Coffee I Midtown

I personally don’t come to a coffee shop to be social or sit around strangers while I pretend to concentrate. However, the Gillham Bowl is delicious for végétariens on the go, like me! The cold brew is also tasty, but the manager himself isn’t personable or friendly. The girls, Gina and Leila, carry the place and keep me coming back! Side note, be specific with cooking instruction if you have any preferences because they do all seem to prep differently! 🩵

The coffee was great and it's in downtown so a pretty neat area. The barista I ordered with was kind of mean, she acted like I interrupted her gossip convo with another worker. They were discussing what I assume was their boss messing up the night before... kind of a weird experience lol.

Ok coffee. Ok matcha latte wasn’t hot. Had to go back in from patio. Remade it. Again just ok. Also, expensive for what you get. Try at your own risk.

Ordered a black bean breakfast burrito but received the other one with chorizo. I didn’t send it back or say anything because it was really good. Caramel latte was decent.

[Edit 24.07.2024] Not as busy as it used to be at lunch given all the new options in the area, but this is my favorite place to chill or have a good conversation with friends. The food is quality. This Triangle Park dog was awesome. Great atmosphere. Sit outside ifit'ss nice out. Great views of the park. [Edit 16.11.04] Recent remodel with wood replacing a lot of the stainless. Feels like they were able to add more seating. Much better flow at register. Give it a try if you haven’t been in a while.

This is a fantastic coffee shop with friendly staff, great food, good coffee and a fantastic location. The glass garage doors provide most of the lighting and gives the place a more open feel and the patio, though the chairs and tables need to be replaced, is a perfect place for a conversation and fresh air.

This coffee shop has an awesome atmosphere. Plenty of working space, great coffee selection and the food options are great too. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The place is kept clean and tidy. Don't hesitate to stop in!

Got coffee on Memorial Day and though it was busy it was ready in a couple minutes. The patio was clean and comfy. Though the parking is minimal.

Parking: There is around 10 spots for cars, unsure is any are handicapped. Lots of spots for bikes.
