Firehouse Subs Twin Creeks

First time trying and ordered a BLT, was given 2 strips of bacon, like no toppings. Basically a bread and cheese sandwich. Tried calling and manager was rude, have tried solving through their customer service online, they keep saying to go to contact store(which I tried) and keep claiming they can’t help me because I ordered on the app. Which I did not, placed ordered in person. Needless to say, I’ll stick to Jersey Mikes in the future

They are terrible with online orders! Never ready when said, always 10-15 minutes later and they don't get in a hurry to get it to you when you arrive. Food is good but terrible service! Busy chatting instead of customer service

Walked in a little after noon on Sunday. Store totally trashed. Food on the floor,food on the tables,very dirty and disgusting!! Who ever the manager is needs to have their staff actually clean! Nasty place. Food ok,buy very very dirty

We came in to get dinner and ordered 2 subs and 2 bowls of chili. When we got home the sand wiches were great as usual but when we opened our chili bowls there was less than a 1/4 0f the bowl of chili and the other was about the same. I got pictures but no way to post. When they charge almost $5 for a bowl of chili I expected it to be full ad it usually is but not this time both bowls were almost empty so we couldn't enjoy the chili. Tried calling the store but got nothing but a answering machine. Very dissapointed with Firehouse sub.

Club on a sub is the perfect sandwich. IMO, The prices are a bit steep but two of us split a combo and it's just under $20 for 2 of us to eat.

It would be nice if your staff acknowledged delivery drivers when they come in for a pickup. Waited 10 minutes in line before I finally went to the counter and ask for the order, which was sitting behind the counter the entire time getting cold. Your customers deserve better!!!

This location does so good with their food. They always get my order down quickly and they have great customer service. Much better than the other Firehouse Sub locations in the area.

The last few times that I’ve ordered through my app I’ve either been missing food or it’s made terrible and it’s falling apart. It’s runny taste like water has been placed for the dressing. Just horrible.

The manager with the idiotic tattoo on his arm looks like a total stoner in my opinion. Service is slow.I do like to support firefighters, how I don't agree with asking every customer for there change.

Woof, gross. I don't have any details to share beyond the actual meal itself because we ordered delivery so my review is focused solely on the meal, but this was without a doubt the blandest attempt at a Philly cheese steak I've ever seen. Very little cheese, absolutely zero flavor and overpriced for how little the sandwhich is. First time ordering firehouse and I'm probably not coming back for seconds.
