The manager with the idiotic tattoo on his arm looks like a total stoner in my opinion. Service is slow.I do like to support firefighters, how I don't agree with asking every customer for there change.

Woof, gross. I don't have any details to share beyond the actual meal itself because we ordered delivery so my review is focused solely on the meal, but this was without a doubt the blandest attempt at a Philly cheese steak I've ever seen. Very little cheese, absolutely zero flavor and overpriced for how little the sandwhich is. First time ordering firehouse and I'm probably not coming back for seconds.

I was double charged for an order placed through the Firehouse app. I brought this to the attention of the workers when I picked up my order. The "manager" (a teenager) told me that they do not give refunds for app purchases. I asked for a credit then for next time. She told me no, theu don't do that. I left my phone number and name and asked her to have the owner call me. A couple hours later, the "manager" called me back and told me that they do give refunds for mistakes like that, but then could not figure out how to give my card the refund. She then asked if I would accept a gift card, mailed to me, from the owners. I reluctantly said OK and gave her my address to send it. I've received nothing. I then made complaint through the app and on messenger. I was told that it's the franchisees issue and that they would contact them to contact me to get this resolved. It has not been resolved. It jas not been addressed. It keeps getting passed to "the proper team" to be dealt with, it has not been dealt with. It keeps getting passed from person to person. It seems that this is problem and I guess I need to dispute this with my bank. My family and I love firehouse sub's, but we won't be back if this isn't taken care of. My order was the 14th of January and all I get is the runaround. Rediculous and very disappointing. .

It was a busy evening for them, I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 6:25 well I got there at 630 and still waited. Not their fault at all. I just wish the online ordering would give you a heads up that there's going to be a bit of a longer wait time... But food was great. I would recommend .

They were super far behind when we walked in. The boy working tonight's shift 1-24-24 was eating on the line, texting a girl back and forth that was in the lobby while making sandwiches. I'm not really too impressed.

Just ordered from here for the first and last time ever! We're going through a horrible and stressful time, decided to order dinner to make our lives a little easier and find out they left half the ingredients off my sandwich. Like couldn't even take the time to add cheese or mustard? Super disappointing. The workers had super nasty attitudes also, not my fault you hate your job.

Me and my aunt go to firehouse pretty frequently and have been for many years. I've never had any problems before today. Very poor customer service and even worse food handling. I had to go back once because the young girl forgot my side but once I get home my sandwich was so poorly made and the bread was soggy!! I call to talk to the owner and he pretty much tells me there's nothing he can do for me he's "very adamant on not replacing things". As he told me so I strongly suggest checking your bag before leaving! I spent my hard earned money on a meal I intended to enjoy and pretty much got screwed in the end. I of course fed half to the dog after I was offered no resolution.

My husband and I come here all the time and it’s always great! The food is reasonably priced, always fresh and tasty, good portions, and comes out fast. The employees are very nice and the restaurant is always clean. My husband tried the pepperoni pizza meatball sandwich (2nd picture) and OMG it smelled and looked so good! He said it was the best meatball sandwich he’s ever had. My only complaint is our favorite drink (blueberry lemonade) has been out on their soda machine the past 2 times we’ve visited.
