Ott's is (was?) a bar unlike any other in KC. Not because of the drinks (which are great) or food (which is above average) but because of the people, the atmosphere, and the whole energy of the place. A Kansas City institution that will be sorely missed if it really does close!

The Fried Chicken is the best! I recommend going on Sunday - Tuesday nights to hear some of the best karaoke singers around! This place truly has a great vibe.

Great local hangout. Good food, okay service. It is the atmosphere😁

Such good, fresh food! Their humus is rich and smooth - and their pita's are fresh, soft and just the right vehicle for getting the (pesto!) humus from plate to mouth!

Best burgers in town! Friendly faces, reasonable prices... Super cool decor. Very vintage. Must stop in and see this hidden gem. Grab a burger while you're there

Good service from the bartender considering there was only one bartender servicing 10 people at the bar. Came in when threat aftermath of a rude customer but they handled it well and timely with the local security/police. Great food and great singers for karaoke! Didn't have the song what I wanted but it's all good. Nice place, friendly environment and vibe.

Bad atmosphere and rude service make this a place to avoid. Tried to take a date here on a Tuesday night. The host seemed upset we even walked in the door. He tried to tell us they didn't have any tables (when they visually had several open). Proceeded to seat us at what amounted to a bar stool for a table with a window ledge and a smaller stool built for a small child. We sat for about 20 min in this nearly empty bar before anyone acknowledged our presence. The server was unpleasant and acted put-out by someone sitting in their section. After receiving menus and water (almost 45 min from entering the restaurant) we decided to leave. I will never return to this establishment and warn others from going here as well. Literally the worst service I've ever experienced.

The Beef Philly cheese steak tastes amazing... It's made with thick beef steak chunks that's impressively tender on a freshly baked hgogie roll. This sandwich is a must try! You will love it.

Meeting new acquaintances and friends is 10 out of 10 here. The staff is always on their game, the karaoke is out of this world, the food is righteous, and the patio is the spot to make some new connections.

Fun place to hang out after a long day in the service industry. Talented Karaoke a couple nights a week, trivia, good drinks, decent food and the staff, OMG they are fantastic. Go see Allison and Chloe.

Well we had about 10 people walk in and the bartender figured out about 4 different ways to not serve us, all standing in the same spot for about 15 minutes

Kind of a hole in the wall tucked into the Country Club Plaza that's fun and funky. Watering hole (drinking) and I love the hot dogs.

Disgusting. For such a nice area, this place is nasty. I wouldn't suggest eating anything here-most likely you'll be sick. Bathrooms are even worse. Heath inspection is in order-shut it down.

Great service industry prices everyday. Fun karaoke Sunday - Tuesday nights.

The kooks there are amazing the food is very wonderful the waitress staff leaves a lot to be desired they seem to want to be more drinking at the bar instead of serving at the bar but the cook and the prep cook were very much on their job
