You all don't know how inconvenient it is when someone is staying at a hotel and you forget to put fry sauce in the bag. Yeah I don't even have ketchup at the hotel. Thanks for your attention to detail

I was very discussed with the food and service. My son bit into his burger and there was a string in the burger and employee didn’t seem to want to replace it. Got a replacement. Ordered two brownie sundaes, there was a beard hair in the sundaes.
The food was great, the service was great, and they were singing to the holiday music which made the atmosphere great. Love it!

When I walked in there was no one at the counter. The tables were empty so it wasn't busy. A couple of employees made eye contact, but no one said "We'll be right with you" or even acknowledged me. Stood at the counter for about 3 minutes before I left. I'll gladly drive to Barry Woods location where they have their shit together.
