Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The most seasoned staff here are wonderful folks, the food is okay, i enjoy the Chili cheese fries and the chicken tenders, however, for the past few times I've been here, the chicken quality has gone down hill a bit and the price increased drastically, Seems counterintuitive to me.

I have no complaints good was good service at every Freddy's I've been to is great

May on drive thru is awesome, definitely a highlight of the day!

Fast service! Food comes out fresh and hot!

Excellent fast food. The manager was exceptional, talking to everyone, very personable... helping to get food out.

We spent almost $30 on ice cream reese concrete and nothing was in there. We literally had to go home and add our own stuff to it. We called and spoke to a manager Sarah whose service was less than the amount of Reese. She just blamed corporate for how much they could give.

Great Burgers

My favorite fries and icecream. You find this place just anywhere but one of our favorites. The burgers are very thin and a little chrispy but just as good as any other. The icecream and concrete is so good! I do find the meats way to salty and fixed that by asking for no salt. There must be enough on the grill that my meat still was seasoned more than I'd like but I could eat it without added seasoning.

Freddys is the best I am from Kansas and used to eat freddys when I lived in kansas. They got really good onion rings the triple bacon cheeseburger and rootbeer float, the new tots are good and they got new menu options, I've enjoyed eating here a lot so much so that the only other place I like to go for a burger is red robin but freddys is really underrated. The one time I had chicken strips they tasted different than when I had them in whichita they didn't have as much black pepper or weren't cooked more crispy but was cooked right but preferred how it tasted back in kansas. I've only had 1 time where I got my order wrong from here. I've always felt somewhat rushed when I order but they've improved a lot and I think they got better and hopefully stays that way.

I asked for a bacon burger and they gave me a mustard burger with huge pickles ... What the hell.

Get the tater tots over the fries - unless you like those really skinny fries. I don't care for them.

A little messy for the car but fast service, good food. Just be prepared for lots of dripping ketchup. Make sure if you don't want a ton, you order it without and add it or order EASY ketchup
