THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EXTRAS BUT WILL NOT GIVE IT. 6th time ive asked for extra oreos in my concrete, because they put barely any in there. Im charged for extra everytime, yet its the exact same as my partners who does not get extra. DONT SPEND $$ ON ANYTHING EXTRA. ITS A RIP OFF!!!! (I have to go home, and crush up oreos bought from the store, to put in to the concrete. Thankfully i can do that. But paying for any topping from here is a waste)

I simply asked for a single original Freddy’s add lettuce, tomato, and bacon. I received a double my fries were so salty. It could’ve just shot my blood pressure through the roof. I did go back around to get back in line to return the food, but three cars were ahead of me and I had an appointment to get to it would help if they would listen and then repeat the order back, stop putting so much salt on the fries It’s disgusting.

I work at the discount tire next store and come here almost everyday I work for lunch. all employees are super kind and they have a great environment here. Caleb goes above and beyond and is very kind, respectful and has a good energy. I can’t say it about many people but I know it when I see it, that kid Caleb is going somewhere.

There is never anyone at this location and I see why. This is a Saturday night. Decided to give it a try tonight anyway. Received a dry shriveled up hot dog. The tots are cold and grease soaked. Threw the cheese curds immediately in the trash because they were so old. Wasn't even given a proper order amount, barely any in it. The lady in front of me was giving her food back too. Should have been a sign. Took forever in line to receive this? Won't be back.

Went to Freddy’s for my favorite meal after a pretty rough week (it’s only Wednesday) Well, I thought the order had charged wrong and I know what it’s like to have to deal with rude people sometimes so I get nervous just bringing up an error, but nonetheless, Jason and the lady who rang my order up were quick to help, and even gave me a free combo card for next time. I wasn’t sure what I was expecting, but that is top tier customer service right there! Love my Freddys and now I love it even more!

I keep trying to give this one a shot, but between hidden jalapeños, tomatoes, and chewey chicken, I do not think I will be coming back to this one.

Tried to call after the under cooked chicken, but was told "you have to submit online" so no, they did not refund or make me a new sandwich.
