Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This isn’t the worst Freddy’s in the area, but it’s consistently disappointing. I visited three times in one week, and each time my shake was sloppy, with ice cream running down the outside of the cup.

I’m tired of wasting my money on fast food. Happens too often man… half of the bun was paper thin and mushy. LAZINESS UGH

The cashier was prompt to take our order, accurately. The manager came and answered a question we had that the cashier did not know the answer to.

The food as always is delicious. The cook made the burger wrong, but made it right in seconds.

Overall good Music along with good Food. Makes for an enjoyable time out of a hectic day.

Music is shuffled from '70's to '20's a little too low on volume. Good food needs good sounds to go together.

Manager and staff have Great customer service and accuracy.

Great for a quick stop to eat and get traveling.

Visited on Friday October 3 and the food was essentially just thrown in the bag. Fries and tots all over. The cheese curds are soggy at best. We waited for at least 10 minutes after ordering even though we were the only ones in the drive through or in store. The young man in the window was polite enough, but that doesn’t fix the fact that my food was terrible and I spent $43 on worse-than-McDonalds-on-their-worst-day crap food.

You can tell that the cook doesn't want to be there with how sad the food tasted. Zero flavor on the patties, the bun was drowned in Freddy's sauce, and the fries were limp and barely seasoned. I get that it's fast food but sheesh. Hasn't been the same since Old Freddy died and his sons sold out

I got my food in less than five minutes after ordering. I ordered the California-style burger the bun was soft and the vegetables were fresh. The shake tasted just like a McDonald’s ice cream cone, and the French fries had a strong pepper flavor.but it was ok,

The service was great, the food came out in a timely manner. The food tho was not as good is it could have been, the patty was not seasoned well enough. It had no flavor if it weren't for the sauce the burger wouldn't have had any flavor. Also the chili cheese fries weren't as good as they have been in other Freddy's. Overall tho their service was great very friendly.
