Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Excellent hot fresh food! Desserts were amazing! Staff were friendly and efficient and restaurant was super clean!

Food was subpar. Chicken sandwich was dry, overcooked, and small for price. Tater tots were greasy. Concrete was decent. Two employees walked out on shift five minutes I ordered. The remaining employees were apologetic, and did the best they could. I wouldn't recommend for the food was not worth the price they were charging.

Tried it for the 1st time yesterday, and it was awesome. Loved it the burgers 100% beef, and the chili cheese fries awesome. Also the stake burger will blow your mind. Will be going back for sure. Loved this place, and the staff was friendly and very respectful. I give this place a 10 for sure. Must try for sure! Highly recommend!

I will be frequently visiting this location due to the exceptional customer service by Jordan. It felt like service from before COVID it was so pleasant

I ordered 2 mini Oreo concretes and the server went above and beyond and put whipped cream and Oreo crumbs on top of them. Any other location I've been to has never done that before. It was a nice little treat.

A nice surprise:
From the friendly voice on the drive thru speaker to the delicious food coming just the way we ordered it, I was pleasantly surprised. In the past, the Freddie’s restaurants have always been noisy and appeared chaotic. But this one-and at lunch time- was pleasant and the food was delicious! It even appeared like they might’ve been short-staffed bc my server was performing many tasks. But he was kind, looked me in the eye with a smile, and performed his tasks well. Good hire, Freddy’s!! I’ll be coming back!

Don’t bother getting Dr Pepper frost. Tasted nothing like Dr Pepper and was basically watered down ice cream.

Not planning on mobile ordering through the app again and seriously questioning whether I’ll be back in store (Crystal lake). The double burger was soggy and the fries had none of the Freddy’s spice on them and were cold. Even tho marked normal spice on the app they were bland. Do you have to mark extra to get it at all? I pulled into the lot as the app said my food was ready so not a timing issue. Ugh I ate it but what a waste of $.

Went to our local new location on Washington rd in Augusta ga. The food was extremely salty, and the workers seemed bothered. The floor was so slippery. My husband almost fell. And than while walking out the door the floor was so slippery my son stepped on the rug, it moved and he fell out the door, skinned up his knees and hurt his arm. The workers just looked and went back to talking. No one asked if he was okay. And to mention today was his 13th birthday. We will never step foot in this place again. Stop using the same mop to mop the back and front. The floors are covered in grease and slippery. Ruined my son’s birthday. And teach your employees to check on people when they get hurt. 😞

I went through the drive-through and I ordered the Number one with no pickles.

There was an excessive amount of mustard that I couldn’t adjust and the meat was so salty I couldn’t even eat it. I tried using a sauce so I could balance it out so I wouldn’t waste the food and It just made it worse.

I’ve not eaten at Freddy’s in months because of dieting and I treated myself and it was nothing like I remember. It was awful. The service was good but the food was not at all.

I went to this place after baseball with my grandma. I didn’t know what to get so I asked Jordan/the guy taking my order what I should get he recommended the grilled cheese steak burger. It was the best burger I ever had

We used the drive through heading home from a roadtrip. We love Freddy’s in our city.
Asked for a medium vanilla shake and a single chocolate in a waffle cone. What we always order. I happened to spot on the menu board she had typed “single chocolate dish” so at the window I asked, that’s in a waffle cone correct as I saw dish on the order board. She said “we don’t have waffle cones anymore.” I said oh ok we do in our city, but ok. Expecting my ice cream in a bowl as it said “dish”, I was kind of surprised when she handed me a tiny little cake cup cone with the littlest little scoop on top. I don’t even care for those cones so I wish she would have asked not to mention again, the order board screen she typed said dish. Then they didn’t even fill the cone with ice cream, it was just a tiny scoop sitting on top of the cone which almost flipped into my lap when I took a bite.
My husband was underwhelmed with his vanilla shake also as it wasn’t even filled to the top of the cup. Won’t be back to this location.
