The young lady manager at your anthem AZ location was quite rude. I asked to purchase a small kids ice cream for a young child and she wouldn't. she said I have to order a whole kids meal. There was a bin full of kids ice cream in the freezer. Won't be back

Great customer service and amazing food

Ordered 42.00 lunch and received food that’s 50% incorrect and missing items. Unbelievable How hard is it to fill and order? Missing large fries Cheese on my sandwich when I ordered no cheese Ridiculous

The grilled chicken sandwich is the best. I love the politeness of drive though service! You don't see or hear that anymore.

Went through drive through at approximately 12:45pm on Sunday December 28. The woman taking our order messed it up THREE TIMES. Gave us a medium cheese curd instead of a large as asked. Gave us fries instead of tots as we ordered in our kids meal. Also gave us a medium drink instead of the large drink we ordered. The restaurant was not busy nor was there anyone else in the drive thru. Not sure why she had such a hard time putting the order in correctly but was extremely frustrating having to ask them to fix all of that.

Decently fast (for a Freddy's), food's doesn't have quite the flavor as the Belton location. But the traffic in Belton makes this location much more appealing to me.

Compared to Steak ‘n Shake the food taste like trash. It’s a Temu version of Steak ‘n Shake and that’s being generous.

Great fries! Shoestring skinny seasoned fries. Great for a quick snack while traveling. Quick service. Polite.

Sherman Texas location is trash. Horrible treatment - arrived 20 minutes before closing and bullied about they were about to close and need take our ice cream to go.

We was visiting and the staff was super friendly Carson took our order and even though this was only his second day he was Great. Good luck Carson. Keep up the good work. and my granddaughter thought he was super cute.

Excellent hot fresh food! Desserts were amazing! Staff were friendly and efficient and restaurant was super clean!

Food was subpar. Chicken sandwich was dry, overcooked, and small for price. Tater tots were greasy. Concrete was decent. Two employees walked out on shift five minutes I ordered. The remaining employees were apologetic, and did the best they could. I wouldn't recommend for the food was not worth the price they were charging.

Tried it for the 1st time yesterday, and it was awesome. Loved it the burgers 100% beef, and the chili cheese fries awesome. Also the stake burger will blow your mind. Will be going back for sure. Loved this place, and the staff was friendly and very respectful. I give this place a 10 for sure. Must try for sure! Highly recommend!

I will be frequently visiting this location due to the exceptional customer service by Jordan. It felt like service from before COVID it was so pleasant
