Went into Freddy’s in kerrville Texas . Ordered three meals cost 36.50 just to get 4 random sauce two bbq and two ranch . I asked about sauce . Girl just said yes it’s in there and close the window . Didn’t listen or anything . Called manager and he wasn’t any help . Freddy’s needs better service and better management . Plus customer service number is about useless . . Also the cheese curd portion is super small . They even want to charge for the marinara sauce when you can grab it if you’re inside the restaurant . .
Edit: I did get ahold of them and they offered me a resolution.
I did a mobile order. Picked it up and got home and I’m missing food. . Everytime I call I get mailbox is full try again later.

Really tasty smash burgers and fries, but severely understaffed.
Made an app order for the first time once I arrived I was told you have to go inside to pick the order up which makes no sense, my crispy chicken club sandwich had nothing on it, my burger which was supposed to be plain came with pickles, bacon, and lettuce. I will not be back
For the price it’s highly disappointing. Only been twice and each time they forgot an item. Cheese curds were greasy and squished. Burger was dry and instead of the concretes we ordered we ended up with liquid milkshakes. $65 for three people and I could get better food at Five guys… don’t waste your money.
I went to Freddy’s in Milford, OH and the drive-thru guy was SUPER FRIENDLY!!! His name was Justin! He was very welcoming and helpful and super cheerful which helped because I was having a not so good day and it cheered me up a bit! I highly recommend this location!
