I never imagined Briarcliff could house a staycation masterpiece. The experience was so incredible that I almost didn't submit this review out of selfishness! Before discussing the rooms, I could spend all day in the lobby. While you're enjoying breakfast or just a stiff drink, you can sit in front of your own TV with cable, a couch, a loveseat, or a view of the skyline from the patio. Furthermore, the huge, clean, thick-walled, and calming rooms give Instagram-worthy city views. I wouldn't want to make you fall in love with this hotel, so I will stop this review here. Toodles!!!!

Stayed at this location as a little home getaway for the weekend from Lawrence.

View from the building was wonderful, rooms were comfy and quiet, whole building felt homey.

I checked in with MarQuesha(so sorry if I spelled the name wrong) and Brittany, both amazing front desk attendants. Spent some time chatting with them through the night.

Met the night auditor Vanessa and she was very kind. Chatted some with Audrey the first morning I was there and she was so fun, she and MarQuesha suggested an amazing breakfast place for the day.

Breakfast from the bistro was delicious, Sierra was fun to chat with.

Great stay, would definitely come here again.

Attended a wedding here recently that was one of the most amazing weddings I've ever attended. We all stayed in the hotel, and surrounding, and had the ceremony and reception at the hotel. The inside area, vestibule and multiple bars, and outside area with fireplaces were beautiful. The hotel rooms were very large and luxurious for the price, coming from Michigan. The bride/groom suites were penthouse type large.
The food was possibly the best wedding food I've ever eaten.
The staff went above and beyond for everyone. We actually left the hotel and left a wedding card with cash, and when we called the hotel, on a plane home by the way;
They searched and recovered our lost cash and gave it to the bride and groom.
This is one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding Friday and Saturday night. Our room had a lovely view of the trash service area. Saturday morning early we were awakened by the trash truck doing its pickup. If I were this hotel, I would never rent room 224 unless the hotel was fully booked and give a deeply discounted room rate. Another thing that we couldn't believe is that no complimentary breakfast is provided. Just about all hotels provide a hot complimentary breakfast. And if you have more luggage than a small carry on bag, don't stay here. This hotel has the smallest, tiniest luggage carts you will ever see! It took us 2 trips to get our luggage from our car to our room. As far as I'm concerned, I will never stay here again!
