The hotel is nice, onsite bar/resturant with a limited menu (note; no free breakfast). The staff was very welcoming and kind at both the front desk and resturant. The room was spacious but needed a deeper clean / updates in the bathroom. The bed pillows were very hard and bed uncomfortable for me (TBH: I've got neck / back issues, so I'm probably more sensitive to mattress firmness than most ppl...but the pillows were much too firm for comfort.) The lobby seemed to come alive in the evenings around happy hour. The property also has a banquet room and pretty fancy events were happening each night.

The property is a no-pet property which was a god-send for me. I have serious pets allergies and its so great not to be reacting to this for my entire stay. I had to move hotels to this one because my original hotel allowed pets and my skin washed, eyes watering and nose ran...all night. So, just being able to rest without concern was great.

There is plenty of onsite parking free of charge.

The area is very nice. Nearby shopping and plenty of restaurants. Very festive decorations for the holidays.

I would stay again and bring my own pillows.☺️ Overall, nice property (the staff make the difference!).

Very nice hotel. A bit on the expensive side but we'll worth the cost. Great room. The view of the downtown skyline is very impressive. Limited food menu.

Can’t speak more highly of this hotel-all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and it’s in a beautiful location. The manager goes above and beyond and we truly appreciated their flexibility during an incoming winter storm. Will come back here again!

I cannot express how amazing this hotel makes you feel! They are so kind and wonderful from when you walk in the door! I have had 10/10 experiences since I first walked in this door 10 years ago! Beautiful balcony, fire pit, and view of the city! Tonight topped it all though! We stayed at the Sheraton Overland Park last night..my sister is a manager of the Marriots..and i usually get her little family discount. We pulled up and walked in to the Sheraton..and the lady checking us in was not polite..she was like ummm this is expired. No it wasn't until December. She did nothing to make it right..so we ended up paying $270 and that was with our military discount. Either way they were rude and judgemental. Yea I looked like a hot mess..being in a car for 6 hours with a sick parent. Anyway. We ended up having to stay tonight unexpected and we were able to book same night for half the cost of the Sheraton. And we were welcomed with a warm friendly, inviting welcome from Joy at the front desk..then I see her at 10pm delivering blankets and pillows to rooms with the biggest, most friendly welcoming smile on her face. I love this place! Great pool, hot tub (could be hotter BTW lol) and outdoor fire and patio! Amazing neighborhood with shopping and the big X grocery store less than a mile away! Perfect location! Safe! Friendly! And very clean! !♡♡♡

Great place to stay. Very clean, staff is very attentive. I will definitely book again the next time I'm in the Riverside area!

This was the absolute perfect place to host guests for our wedding weekend! The team went above and beyond to take care of our group, and we truly cannot thank them enough. The rooms were wonderful, the staff was kind and attentive, and everything was perfect. So thankful!!

First of all, the service is outstanding.
The location is also amazing, and if you can please do yourself a favor and spring for the King Suite ..the balcony views are incredible.
But the service - again - perfect! Front desk was amazing as was housekeeping.
