Courtyard Kansas City at Briarcliff

First of all, the service is outstanding.
The location is also amazing, and if you can please do yourself a favor and spring for the King Suite ..the balcony views are incredible.
But the service - again - perfect! Front desk was amazing as was housekeeping.

Easy check in, clean room, good parking.

The view of downtown Kansas City was fantastic. The hotel and grounds were beautiful.

Travel often and stay here every time!

We had an amazing experience at Courtyard Kansas City at Briarcliff over the 4th of July weekend, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible customer service provided by Markeisha. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our stay special. She greeted us by name every time we entered the hotel—something you just don’t see often—and truly made us feel welcomed and valued.

Markeisha also made sure we had a room with amazing views of downtown and the fireworks, making our holiday celebration even more memorable. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and inviting. We can't say enough good things about our stay and especially about Markeisha’s hospitality—she is a true gem and made our stay unforgettable.

Highly recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for warm, personalized service!

Clean hotel with friendly staff in a convenient location. Nice view of the city.

In a recent post I said the breakfast was free but found out in the morning 🌄 it I isn't free. Still, a great place to stay.

I came in from Vegas and stayed here for a total of 4 weeks. Came back and forth and re-booked, all for work. The entire staff of this hotel has my heartfelt gratitude. They made sure I was comfortable, had what I needed and if I needed something, they made sure I had it. I was treated as I was the only important person there, I felt like I was with family, being away from family.
I'd like to drop a few names but I couldn't focus on just one person, as they were all fantastic.

The hotel itself, beautiful, comfy, and very clean. I am very picky about where I stay and cleanliness. The hotel in all areas deserves the 5 stars, 10, if it was available. The location itself is beautiful and I'll come back just to visit KC and I will be staying here.

Look no further, stop scrolling and looking for something better, this is it, it is a gem.
