Pros:
(1) Very unique theming
(2) flavorful fried pork tenderloin, bacon, barbeque grilled chicken, fried chicken
(3) overall prices aren’t too bad

Cons:
(1) soda refills cost the full price of the drink ($3.50 ish)
(2) Burger patties were tough and flavorless
(3) Large fries were sorta small for the price
(4) Fries and onion rings weren’t all that flavorful
(5) Our train delivery was missing one sandwich so we had to have someone go up to the counter to get the missing item

Fun railroad-themed restaurant, your food is delivered by a train so the kids (okay, and the adults) will love that.

The food is...fine, probably on par with Freddy's. I got a Jalapeno Swiss Burger, which comes with two patties, but it was the size of a child's burger.

I never drink soda when I go out to eat, but I still dinged them a star for their sodas being $3.29 and $3.79 because refills are full price.

I would recommend making the burgers/sandwiches larger for a couple of dollars more, but at the end of the day you're really just there to watch the train drop your food off at your table.

It's more about the trains and atmosphere rather than the food. Food is meh deep fried nuggets, hot dog split into a hamburger bun etc. however the displays and trains make up for it. Perfect for kids though we enjoyed this location more than the one in Shawnee.

Great concept, the way they go about running their store, not so much. i work in crown center and my usual lunch restaurant was closed so i decided to go grab a burger from Fritz. I ended up leaving after 15 minutes because i couldnt order because the cashier was busy taking everyone’s order but mine. I was standing in line for 10 then at the register making eye contact for assistance and was met with a longer wait time . She never asked if i needed anything, didnt try to fix my experience just kept skipping me in line. Yea i don’t think i’m going back unless my nephews want somewhere to eat.

We always take our nieces and nephews here when they come into town. It’s a great place for kids. It’s classic American food … burgers, hot dogs, chilli … and honestly … just mediocre. But the atmosphere is wonderful and the kids live train booths and moving trolley that drops your orders right off at the table. I even went here many moons ago as a kid and remember eating in actual train booths! I have such pleasant memories of this place. It’s different but still great for kids and our relatives live it! A favorite go to with them!!

Kid-friendliness: This place is made for kids with it’s fun train trolleys and food made just for them!!

I usually love this place. But, this year was different. Atmosphere is great love the trains. The wait staff is nothing but attitude. My burger was missing the grilled onions. The girl came and took it barely, saying anything like she was bothered that I brought it up. Took it back to the grill 10-15 minutes later the same burger came back out barely warm, and the cheese was cold and hard with a scant amount of barely grilled onions. So it was edible but definitely not delicious. My table was already finished eating. I may cross this off my christmas dining locations. I'm not sure why onions took that long or why it was such an inconvenience to the staff.
