The service was very welcoming and observant. The prices are good for what you get. Feels similar to a restaurant in New York I liked.

Only because you can't leave zero stars. This company's driver hit my husband a month ago. They gave false insurance information and refuse to give us current insurance information or even return a phone call. We are unable to transport our children safely. What kind of company does this??? What a joke.

Ice cream is not the greatest and they are rude

Thought you might want to know that one of your drivers Melissa Michelle Collins has been driving your ice cream truck under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

I worked here and made the company $1800 in 2 weeks. I went a whole month without getting paid and when I asked it was always an excuse. I finally received a paycheck and it was only $100. These people are rude, the place is dirty, the guy training me was smoking weed the whole time and offered it to me. They target little kids and are rude to them, I would never recommend these people to anyone. People keep your kids SAFE and avoid these people PLEASE..... God bless

This company tried to push me into a corner and then charge me to get out. I am very disappointed with the office manager that I spoke with in requesting a truck come by girl scout camp. He seemed too quick in agreeing to send a truck out to care any about the details of our specific detail of planning. He made it out like they do this sort of thing all the time and I need not micro-manage it. But, then he says that I was unclear and that I now owe him for the confusion. Purposeful (profitable) confusion, I should think. :(

Girl Scout BULLIES! Unprofessional and mean. My wife is the Girl Scout Twilight Camp director for 175 little girls out at Camp Prairie Schooner. After looking at Frosty Treats' online menu of ice cream treats (which included 10 items priced at $1), she asked for them to send their ice cream truck over to camp and she would buy each scout a $1 item. She budgeted from camp monies up to $200 (allowing the leaders to get one, too). The driver was an older lady who was visibly annoyed to be there and just drove up and started handing out $2 items. I noticed this quickly and stopped the activity and called for the director (my wife) to direct this activity. The lady didn't want to be directed, as if she was in charge there. My wife learned that the 8 treats already handed out were $2/each, and told her that she could not afford for all girls to have those items. My wife then asked her to identify the $1 treats that she had. The driver angrily pointed out that the ONLY $1 items she had were 2 different flavors of SOUR POPS! My wife felt slighted not that the driver had started handing items out before checking with her, not even that her demeanor was less than congenial, but for the fact that the only items at $1 was not ICE CREAM treats AND that they were only SOUR POPS. The camp director had to send the 'ice cream truck' back for different items because you can't tell 175 little girls that all you have are sour pops when they anticipated the "ICE CREAM" truck (btw she did try to pay for the treats already given out, but the drivers spit out some insult and drove off). The 'ice cream truck' did not return. Oh, and then 2 days later, Dave Mackintosh sends the Girl Scout a bill for $100 for wasting his driver's time and gas! He said that the truck was stocked with the "best, most popular items" because "when people are given the choice, they tend to pick the larger, richer tasting items." Maybe this company doesn't deal much with large groups such as scouting or school groups and judging by their driver sent (and others' reviews of such), so they don't understand that these groups have to BUDGET this expense and so it needs to be handled properly within such OR this company just doesn't care enough to know such which is why she just started the highest priced items she had out to girls before I stopped her. Either way, they'll definitely ask for an ice cream truck to visit camp next year as they've done each year since my wife has directed it, but needless to say it will not be Frosty Treats!
