Terrible place, they take a long time and don't give orders well.

I just got off from this place, the food is amazing most of the time if I'm being honest, but every time my family and I come to this specific location there's an employee named Glenda, who is rude to us and every time we are next in line she skipped us I try to talk to a supervisor or manager but they are never in store. Truly that's terrible customer service,
Starting to consider doing the drive to la michoacana plus on E US Hwy 24

The atmosphere was so so pretty it had pretty colors all over and cute little ice cream cones on the wall and more, there was also so so many different flavors of ice and food. The food was amazing and big for the price, the people were really sweet and ofc not the best with English but there was no problem for us asking for stuff, do not trust the people complaining for no reason, they were not racist my family is all white, mom and 2 kids lol. The only problem is most the place was Spanish so I had to go online for the menu and the internet wasn't the best but other then that little thing everything was amazing ❤️🫶

Do NOT believe these other reviews, I'm glad we didn't! They woke up angry at the world! Me and my 2 teenagers came here for the 1st time today and it was AMAZING 💖 The people were so friendly and everything was so original and yummy 😋 We had food and dessert!! This place would have gotten 5 stars if it was in English as well as Spanish just so u don't have to use the menu online since it's not that great. Overall this place is a Definite must go to 💖

Bad service, terrible customer service, and was called a racist name in spanish. The prices are ridiculous and only in spanish, so the confusion is entirely their fault. If you are Black, be careful, because they think you don't understand. They say derogatory and racist words in spanish (!) Growing up in California, I understand all the bad words (!)

A terrible place to order food, I've ordered cakes 3 times and they never serve them the way I ask, they put what they want even when the menu says that's what they carry, so why put the ingredients there if they're going to put the ones they want?
Terrible place and they take years to leave, they only have 1 person to attend.

I'm a very honest reviewer, I give a good review when it's deserved. This place is downgrading more and more, I got their original Frutopia juice (orange,mango,papaya and kiwi) and it was soooooo bad. It was wattered down orange only. When asked to get something else, they were very rude and defensive. Honestly worst $8 ever spent.
