This location really needs to tighten up during the day/ lunch. I have experienced the most ghetto customer service ever. I have had to call corporate twice on this location. Conversations were held without greeting customers, phones are out as if they do not care who sees it. There is a way to carry your self at your establishment and this is not the way. I was lied today about something very simple. George Gates definitely needs to monitor this store more. This is the worst location for customer service.

I came in this restaurant tonight 4/11/24 while on lunch break, I ordered two of thee exact same meals, beef and turkey on bun hold the sauce, Gates seasoning in a cup! Smh they put sauce on Both sandwiches & they put Gates seasoning on the fries instead of in a cup! THE BEEF WAS DEFINITELY COOKED FAST BECAUSE IT WAS SOOOO DAMN TOUGH IT WAS LIKE CHEWING HARD FATTY LEATHER! A WASTE OF $28.97. STRAIGHT TRASH

Very unorganized.. sad because they were busy and they could kill it if they got it together just solely because they are an original bbq place. Been to most KC bbq and they operate way more efficiently. The only guy that was on his game was the guy making the food/sandwiches and you could tell he was not happy with the gals taking orders because he started to ask the customers himself to clarify the orders.
This is THE place. Food was stellar, staff were all friendly and super helpful, and the dining room felt like a neighborhood restaurant.
