Super strong smell every time I walk in here and it's not the smell of the food it's like a super strong potpourri smell along with like a chemical odor. I went in today to pick up and order and when I left I could still taste the smell of the store in my mouth like I can still taste it even while posting this review. The store is almost never busy and I can't help but wonder if this is why? The store is super clean and food is up to standard but I still avoid eating here when I can and go to the one on highway 9 in parkville.

We had ordered 3 different types of sandwiches and received 1 incorrect sandwich. This was not a big deal but when calling the store to have the situation corrected was basically told by the person that answered he made what he made and it was the driver's fault accepting no responsibility and absolutely no help at all. Worst customer service and extremely difficult to communicate with them .
