The drinks were great! Snow Globe was AMAZING!! Who ever thought of that drink deserves a raise. It tasted great and it was fun to interact with the drink by pouring the drink onto the "snowball". And the surprise after that was so cool! Didn't have any of the food, so can't comment on the taste. The menu choices seemed lacking, but we didn't go there for the food. I like all the extra photo opportunities they have. The location in the stadium was nice.

Choices of food not at all as great as prior years. Portions were also very skimpy with only five "assorted" crackers and six tiny cheese bits and three very small apple slices for two people. Looked like you were trying to rid self of left-overs since it was the last night. We also had to ask for some way to pickup the food items like a pick or fork. Hostess was fair.

What an amazing time! The atmosphere was intimate and not chaotic. Enjoyed seeing KC Wolf up close and being able to see the stadium. Definitely would do it again.

This is the groups 3rd year going to this. We have made it a tradition and love going every year! Typically we get in the last night, which is after Christmas, but its still so fun! We always have a great server, this year it was Darice (I think). She was the best! We are also HUGE fans of Holly behind the bar, she's the absolute most awesome person! This year the picture ops were awesome, and the take home drink cups were super cute! We love this and will continue coming year after year as long as the Chief's keep putting this on!

The food portions were great. Drinks and food were a little pricey; drinks not very strong. Ambiance and activities were engaging and fun. WE had to alter our reservation and the hostess was super helpful and friendly.

All was great with the exception of inconsistent security. Some ladies were allowed to carry in their non-clear purses over the policy size limit, while others who had much smaller purses were not allowed to enter with them. The purse policy needs to be one way or the other.

We literally had the best time. The food and drinks were delicious, the staff- simply amazing. Everyone was so kind, respectful, pleasant and genuine! The photo ops were fantastic! After our reservation, we hung around and got drinks for the bar which was equally as great as the reservation space! Wow! We will definitely be back!!!!

We waited 40 mins for a drink. The waitress tablet glitched and was not sending orders. Not her fault but it should have been caught much sooner. 15 mins after finally getting our drinks we were told our time was up at the table. It was alot of money (over $500) to spend for this experience and I will not go back. We were not offered anyting for their issues. Some extra time at a table or our 40 min drinks comped would have been nice. Many other experiences that are way better and cheaper.

The hot chocolate was excellent! Highly recommend. We got lucky with our seating, looking right over the field, but we were right next to the door. With how cold it is now, the door opening and closing every few minutes because people wanted to go onto the "balcony" was a huge downside. Our waitress was pretty terrible, which was a huge bummer. She was snappy and didn't give us any time to decide what we wanted to order. It felt like we were being rushed through the experience. The food wasn't too bad! The turkey sliders were a solid choice and the chips weren't a bad touch. We did not order any desserts due to pricing.

We attended Kingdom's Greetings and the event was great. From the person who assisted with the elevator to the waiters, everything was first class. The photo opportunities were so fun. Really got us into the Holiday spirit. Food and drinks fantastic. Great job!
This was cute and everyone was very friendly. But they literally kicked us out at the end of our time. I understand the need for time limits but honestly it's frustrating to spend so much on a time slot to go and spend so much on drinks and then not even be able to stay as long as you want. The food was less than impressive. $15 for literal m&ms and chocolate and mix.

I absolutely loved this! I secured the last spot and my boyfriend was so happy. This was our first time. We do wish there was more room to walk around and explore but overall, it was an amazing experience seeing arrowhead so quiet. We loved it!

What a change from last year! Disappointed that the vibe and the view was completely changed this year. Food was okay (but not great), views not as spectacular as last year from the Penthouse, and tickets sold out almost immediately so very few options even buying a ticket on the first day available. The only saving grace was the great cocktails and awesome Service. Hoping we can return to last year's vibe next year. Chiefs Kingdom deserves that 🙌🏻

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our experience at Kingdoms greetings. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, decorations were beautiful and the many photo ops were fantastic! We loved seeing the quiet stadium in a different view from the busy game days! Food and service were top notch!
