Well... my review is a little different.
I was gifted Grinders Meat rub and BBQ sauce from my client group in KC and I must say- The paired rub and sauce are DELICIOUS!!
I reside in Florida and prepared some wings with the paired items and it was a hit for me and my family!
I even did a small portion with additional ingredients and I must say...All You Need Are These two items.
I almost wanted to make more, but then I'd be searching for a detox 😊

I recently went there and ordered a pie with "extra extra extra sauce" like I have done for the past 30 years. What I got was a piece of cardboard with almost NO sauce. Please do better following a customer's request.
Really liked the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich & the fries!🍟 Nice atmosphere but didn’t get to stay - had to take run.
Parking: Parking is a pain in the evening. I pulled over by the rear entrance and ran in to pick up.

The place only does takeout. Its closed despite what it says on the hours
Edit: i was there around 1pm, door was locked. There did not seem to be an alternate entrance. Perhaps you guys were just closed that day?

Pizza was overpriced and mid at best. The peperoni pizza had at the most 2 pieces of peperoni per slice. The mozzarella pizza was an insult to the name. I've had much better at Casey's. Service was good though and people were friendly.

Most of the time grinders is great but this evening our pizza was wayyy overcooked and the manager on duty was uncomfortable to interact with. As soon as we arrived it was a “what do you want atmosphere” and we felt like we were being super annoying by ordering anything. The service staff was seemed like they were walking on eggshellls around her and the manager was operating as if the place was packed full (it was not). Shocked that a kc staple would treat guests like that.

We got the smoked turkey cheesesteak. It was dry. The flavor was good. The waitress wouldn’t give us a little Ajou sauce I would have paid extra. It would have made it perfect.
