if ur hungry in westport and want pizza served in a reasonable time, this is ur spot. came here instead of sullys a few weeks ago when they messed my order up. nothing fancy but quicker than other spots in westport with nicer employees.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go to. I’ve loved Pyramid Pizza for as long as I can remember and since they no longer exist this is the only place I can get bones. Unfortunately the bones have continued to get smaller and, this time, the price went from $9 for 8 bones to $11 for 4 bones with a minuscule amount of cheese. As much as I love their food I don’t think I’ll be back.

The pizza and sandwiches here are absolutely delicious. I was a bit concerned at first due to the “bar” type feel but my goodness way to go!! The pizza bones, grilled cheese, and Dill Dough pizza are amazing. Way to go.
I ordered a corn beef reuben sandwich and received a turkey sandwich instead. Called to share they gave me the wrong sandwich and was told that only the manager can give refunds and they would have him call me tomorrow. I didn't receive a call back so I called them again, and again the manager "wasn't in" but would call me, again no call back. The food was subpar not to mention I didn't receive what I ordered. Not an honest establishment. I will NEVER order food from this place EVER again.

Ordered a 12 inch baller pizza and a sandwich, was charged $52 when it’s supposed to be ~$30. Pizza was also missing the three peppers.
Eww sandwiches were so soggy when we got them and they forgot to give us the wings we ordered too. I ordered a meatball sub and gf ordered a ruben. We even picked them up early thinking “oh these should be nice and fresh”. Nope. Meatball sub was so soggy when I went to pick it up it just instantly fell apart. That bread was disgustingly wet. The ruben had way too much sour kraut and I’m pretty sure they used cream cheese instead of mayo?! What?! They used the wrong bread on the Ruben also. It was not marble rye like it says on the description. It seemed like whoever made that sandwich didn’t know what they were doing. We ordered online for lunch and after I picked it up and came back home I realized the wings we had ordered were missing. We called and the manager was totally fine with giving us a refund for the missing wings. Cool. But then we started eating these sandwiches and they were so bad. I didn’t want to call again and ask for another refund because I already did that once and I didn’t want to be “that person”. So now I’m just leaving a bad review. Ha. Do yourself a favor and never order their sandwiches. Overpriced garbage. I’ll never buy another sandwich from them again.

I ordered online for a pickup order. I selected Reuben and it proceeded to ask me 10 questions about building my sandwich. I simply just want what the description is, so I didn’t select any of the extras. They left off the 1000 island and said because I didn’t state I wanted that, then they didn’t put it. It’s a Reuben, that’s what the basis of the sandwich is. They also forgot my chips. They told me I could come back and get them. I live 15 minutes away, I’m not going to go back for a bag of chips. Refused to give me refund.
