Haha's Kebab's and Shawarma

The hostess and owner were very nice and welcoming. Everything we had was good. We had beef/lamb shawarma with rice, lamb gyro with rice, beef shawarma wrap with fries, mix shawarma with rice (that included beef kofta, shish tawook chicken, & beef shawarna), naan, hummus, & baba ghanouj. The portions were big and as I said earlier, so delicious and the meat so tender! We are from out of town, but we will definitely be back when we visit KC again.

So like, definitely a hole in the wall—but in the best of ways! Food is phenomenal and seems to be a family operation, everyone was lovely. It ain’t glamorous, but the food is!

I normally don’t leave reviews, and I’ve been coming to this place regularly because they serve great shawarma. However, the salad quality is consistently poor. As seen in the photo, the lettuce was soggy and wilted, and the overall freshness just wasn’t there. It’s disappointing considering how good the rest of the menu is. I really hope the management takes this feedback and improves the salad quality to match the standard of their main dishes.

I was excited to try this place after reading all the good reviews. It smelled good and the employees were friendly and helpful. We got the chicken shawarma, hummus, and falafel. Sadly, everything lacked flavor and the chicken was incredibly dry. Not sure if it was an off day for them or what

I discovered this spot from a quick Google search and I’m so glad I did. The owner was incredibly kind and generous, and the food was excellent. I got the falafel wrap; it was prepared with care and full of flavor. I can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!!
