Soooo yummy. I wish it had longer open hours (I think it is only wed-Sunday 12-3 but I could be wrong) because I would go much more often! Now i always crave it on Monday's I love how the menu changes often. Definitely one of the top vegan restaurants in KC!

Great food. Great people. Vegan food the way you never thought it could be. The flavors are unreal and you can tell it takes time and talent to accomplish. Forget your customer centric restaurant expectations and let the chef lead the way. This place is a great reminder to slow down your pace and converse with your community.

I can’t even get to this place. Every time I think I would like to try it it’s either 1)closed for the day, 2)I’m past the THREE hour operation time to think I even wanted to try the place. I’m over it. This can’t keep being ongoing if there’s no crew. You want to do it all by yourself and its going to fail. You can run a vegan food truck maybe. It’s expected to be slow or hard to access. You get it when you get it thing. I don’t want that and my bar is just set higher for this place. Maybe lowering my expectations will be more satisfying.

They're doing a great job of managing safety concerns during this 'ere pandemic, and serving up tasty nibblets as always. I went during lunch rush but food was timely, order fresh and hot, and spacing of customers accommodated even as the line grew.
My first time going was awesome. I Ordered the nachorrito, (which is only bomb if it's spicy, hot, and fresh).After about the 3rd time there, that was it! the customer service is bad, the wait is sooooo long ( To be fair, I have to mention the place is ran by only one cook), But the waiter lied to me about my food so the trust was broken!

The Happy Apple crew have always been good to us, and our appetites. It is a pleasure to see the imagination present at a vegan spot. They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with what you are eating, but surprise you with creativity at the same time. They really hold the community to a high standard, and I think the community should do the same for them. The Nachorrito is always a bangin choice.
