I love their coffee and food, but the staff never seems especially friendly. I feel like as a barista I’m allowed to say that. Everything else is great. It just seems like they would rather be somewhere else. I mean, I get it. When I’m at my job I feel the same way, but I don’t show it.

Edit: I was in yesterday and when I went up to the counter and even said hello they literally just stared at me in return until I gave them my order. Like are you kidding me? Seriously I dont expect a ton but if you work in service you have to at least greet your customers. Actually ridiculous.

Owners are very knowledgeable and coffee and tee. I’m not a matcha or chai fan, and their samples were actually pretty good. Will be back to sample many of their items.

My husband bought me a mocha latte today at your Mulberry location. Unfortunately it was disappointing. The cup was about 2/3 full, very bitter, very little chocolate flavor. I added more chocolate to make it drinkable.

went today with my daughter. we have never been here before so from first impressions the place is nice. the staff is alright. they are very soft spoken and just didn't seem to want to be there. I ordered a chocolate croissant which was good and the breakfast burrito was pretty good, but the self service burrito microwave was weird. and I ordered banana bread it was a brick 0-10 and the pumpkin iced latte tasted nasty.

Love each headrush location, but this one has such a great atmosphere! The service is fast and friendly, with the great ambience of Briarcliff overlooking the city from above, and the high quality drinks we've loved for many years. A great place to relax, enjoy a quiet peaceful day inside with the natural light filtering in and drink your favorite seasonal latte with their homemade syrups and sauces. Or enjoy the beautiful patio outside with the city view and fresh air. Headrush has been our favorite coffee place for a decade, and continues to keep a consistent 5 star service.

This is one of my girlfriend’s favorite places to grab coffee. Usually, the staff is very friendly and kind, and helps to explain the menu.

When we went for coffee and food this morning, the staff was very short and rude. After going through the drive through they cut us off mid order, and we had to finish our order inside… because they weren’t expecting us to get more than one drink? Then when ordering my burrito they explained it was self service and quickly explained there’s a microwave around the corner.

I like the coffee, I like the food, I just felt a bit lost throughout the interaction and the staff was no help, a little rude and blunt even.
