My husband bought me a mocha latte today at your Mulberry location. Unfortunately it was disappointing. The cup was about 2/3 full, very bitter, very little chocolate flavor. I added more chocolate to make it drinkable.
Love each headrush location, but this one has such a great atmosphere! The service is fast and friendly, with the great ambience of Briarcliff overlooking the city from above, and the high quality drinks we've loved for many years. A great place to relax, enjoy a quiet peaceful day inside with the natural light filtering in and drink your favorite seasonal latte with their homemade syrups and sauces. This is one of my girlfriend’s favorite places to grab coffee. Usually, the staff is very friendly and kind, and helps to explain the menu.
When we went for coffee and food this morning, the staff was very short and rude. After going through the drive through they cut us off mid order, and we had to finish our order inside… because they weren’t expecting us to get more than one drink?
