I really wish there was a bit better place to sit since it was just a few table by a less than picturesque street. However, High Hopes Ice Cream served up what is undoubtedly the best ice cream I have ever had in my life. I eat a lot of ice cream. The honey cinnamon in a waffle cone was divine. I am planning my next vacation around going through KC just so I can get ice cream here again.

Absolutely delicious. Very novel and creative flavors, very high quality ice cream. Walk-up window with a few outdoor picnic tables. When I went they had ramen ice cream! Basically black sesame with sugared ramen noodles to garnish. So good!! You can now find their ice cream at a few area restaurants (like Barbacoa down the block)

10 million stars. 5 not even close to enough! Creme brulee and butter pecan are insanity inside the freshest of waffle cones! And on top of that they have insane customer service! IF YOU VISIT KC AREA AND Don't COME HERE YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING WRONG!!! I will be back everyday I'm in town!

I have been searching for the best ice cream place in the metro (and maybe the world lol) and I think I found it. The ice cream here is so good and there are flavors to appeal to everyone from chocolate to candy cap mushroom.

This place is a fun little treat to stop at after dinner. Only negative is that it's a walk up ... and in the winter... that's a little rough LOL. Ice cream itself was inventive and delicious. Staff was super friendly and a lot of fun to chat with.
