Was pretty disappointed with the food we got from Sannin. The ramen was mediocre at best, both the creamy chicken and the curry ramen. The sushi rolls we got (spicy tuna, Philadelphia roll, California roll) were also mediocre at best. Will not be returning unfortunately.

This place has everything. Free Miso soup, Poké, Sushi, Ramen and all the apps. Real good stuff and a modern set up with 3 easy to order kiosks. Maybe good to order ahead if you're in a hurry.

This is by far the best sushi restaurant in Kansas City. Not only is their sushi phenomenal- but they have the BEST hot kitchen. Their ramen, Japanese curry, and hot appetizers are amazing- and they’re always so kind when we go in. This is a GEM!!!

Delicious and fresh! My poke bowl was colorful, flavorful, and generously sized. Best of all, the menu clearly marked gluten-free options (something I wish every restaurant would do.) It made ordering so easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back!

I just ordered the “baked lane 4” through Uber Eats (I order sushi all the time from other local places, but I wanted to try this place out), and it was the worst sushi roll I’ve ever had. No spicy mayo, the tempura was so old it was chewy instead of crunchy. The roll was dry and tasted like old, rotten salmon. I’ve been eating sushi all my life, and I’ve never had a roll this bad. The only thing edible was the ginger. Don’t bother putting any notes in your order because they don’t follow them. Considering this place has an amazing rating, this was extremely disappointing. Absolutely disgusting. 🤮

Fresh, flavorful, and truly outstanding service. We placed a takeout order for a group of 4 and were blown away by how fresh and delicious everything was. The poke bowls were generous, beautifully balanced, and packed with flavor — easily some of the best we’ve had. Same for the sushi platter and “money bags”/rangoons.
One sushi roll was accidentally missed, and we decided not to make a fuss. But to our surprise, the restaurant seemingly caught the mistake on their own and issued a refund without us even reaching out. That level of honesty and care really sets them apart. Between the quality of the food and the above-and-beyond service, this place is absolutely a 5/5. We’ll be back for sure!

AMAZING HONESTLY THE BEST! Not over crowded, great service and peaceful. Fresh and just too many options to choose from! I love the jalapeño poppers appetizer and I also ordered the baked lobster!
